TheRealist comes in with the truth.

He isn't claiming to be a superstar nor is he being paid as one, but he receives tons of hate for not producing like one.

I refuse to watch the rockets until we trade for a legit low post scorer and get rid of kevin martin. Team runs so much smoother without his hold the ball up play and flat footed defense. Wish at this point we would just trade it all and tank the season.

Yeah and that has happened game after game after game.

I'm not even hating on Martin, I am just puzzled that we keep giving him these shots when they really matter.

Are you stupid? Tank the season when I guarantee you that won't even get you a top 7 pick.....

People on this forums these days...

KM did not have that pass at all. AT ALL.

Mo went over the back and swiped it. EASILY too. It was a stupid pass. Period. PG needs to make better assessments. Martin did not have position but yet called for the ball. next Lowry should say nope, try again. Not try to FORCE a pass. I just re watched this 20 damn times, its easy to see from tv that he was having a hard time hold Mo back, why force the pass??

People need to chill the **** out.

there was no dagger play that put us away, so stop putting it all on certain individuals.

lee was the only one who stood out, the rest of the team was tired. Bottom line.

we had and missed our chances, this was a team loss.

The Rockets lost 89-117 last time we played the Clippers. I'm glad Dally called the team meeting because losing by one in OT is a huge improvement. Let's see how much this team improves after the trade deadline. If we can land a legit big man.

Martin has the killer instinct of a 10-year-old schoolgirl.

Flip him for youth/picks, and throw all the chips into the Eric Gordon sweepstakes.

he sure gets paid like one and im sorry but someone who are entire offense has to run through and shoots as much as he does better start acting like one and stop pouting like a lil b##ch and grow up and just play ball then maybe people would have the spot light on him all the time. You wanna cry about playing time and not getting calls, sounds like a superstar to me. He needs to be shipped back up to his butt buddy rick adelman cause he doesnt fit the scheme we are using which is defense first offense second.

We have no go-to guy at the end of a close time. K-Mart is not that guy.

This is tough loss that exposed this team's single biggest weakness.

You arent understanding. If he is a 2ndary scorer but on this teams is the main scorer then his script is flipped. He is the 2ndary option, he stands by while the 1st option tries to draw in defense and get him open shots which he would be money.

But we have no primary scorer. Dont say Scola either.

This. That line up would be pretty good and would be a solid core to from which to build. It is all a wish though.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you. Even though Lowry was a big reason for us losing the game tonight, he has proved that he has the guts to take and most importantly make huge shots in the clutch and game winning shots. Martin shot 6-22 tonight but tied his career high for assists with 8. It would be nice to see Martin have at least 4 or 5 assists a night. Lowry on the other hand only had 2 assists and 3 turnovers which is terrible considering he averages 7 and half assists a game. Overall the team played pretty good but we messed up in key moments of the game. I'm still proud of the Rockets because the Clippers are a damn good team. Even though Patrick Patterson didn't play well tonight, I still have to commend him for going out there after that hard fall on his back the other night and I'm pretty sure his ankle is still bothering him.

I just hope that Kyle Lowry will learn from tonight and stop flopping instead of learning from his former teammate Battier and current teammate Courtney Lee. I have a feeling that Kyle Lowry will do a little less flopping on defense from now on. Just because he's so hard on himself all of the time.

There were still many bright spots from the team tonight. (Sorry for the long response) Go Rockets

McHale: Practicing really hard is why T-Will got minutes. ... Courtney did a good job a couple of times on Paul. BOttom line, he(Paul) makes a lot of plays. ... They tightened stuff up. Thing that hurt us was in 2nd q, we had shots that didnt go. We needed that to get seperation. But we had our chances. We didnt get the job done. Had out of bounds play where they got a steal. That should never happen. We had timeouts to burn. You gotta burn a timeout there. We had opportunities and didnt take advantage. ... We played harder. ... (On less of Parsons):Courtney was doing a good job defensively and [it was] either taking out Kyle or K-Mart. Court made a couple big shots and played good D. ... Sam was good. He was active for us. ... We had a lot of chances. Not disappointed in our effort. When you have a team like that on the ropes, cant have mistakes. We had a couple down the stretch.

I am pretty sure Martin can easily net the Rockets a first rounder and an expiring or players we would like to have. I don't see any consistent scorer on this team that get get us 20 points game in, game out.

McHale is a defensive coach, and Adelman is offensive minded. Did any of you expect Martin to improve this season?

He talks about seperation but he doesn't run any real plays. He needs to swallow his pride and let them run Adelman's offense.
