iBelieve always jinxes Yao and thus the Rockets. What with his idiotic and very YOF-like Yao ppg game calculations/predictions, etc. Don't be surprised if Yao fouls out against Phoenix because the basketball gods hate iBelieve.

T-Mac didn't exactly have a light-it-up percentage...but i'm happy with it. It's higher than his average in the slump he's been having.

Yao Ming did exactly light it up however :D

Good win, and T-Mac had some pretty sick plays tonight. Those back-to-back threes warmed my heart. Oh, and that dunk. Go Rockets!

I stopped in to "Live" sports bar on Main to meet Behad and Smeg-they had gone elsewhere. I did have the pleasure of meeting Stack 24 and DSkillz. Very nice meeting both.

I was gonna post something about that. I'm really excited about it. I hope it's a turning point - a combination or his B-ball smarts and respect improving.

Boy, has Wesley really been playing well. Knee surgery has really revitalized this guy. 8-10 with 4 threes. That's the kind of offense that you want from a shooting guard! Of course, Cuttino kind of went off for 30, but still. Hope he keeps it up through the rest of the season because we need him to.

Hayes didn't have a very good game but he still had some highlights. The guy is certainly fearless, I'll give him that. It's nice to have some variety and depth at that position, especially since Juwan had a pretty crappy game.

Yao had another great game against Kaman. A double-double at halftime, they adjust their gameplan to double him and he still drops points on them. He's stayed out of foul trouble better than I EVER thought he would and he's been working VERY nicely with Alston. Rafer with 11 freaking assists tonight, okay?

TMac looks... better. Still playing kind of heavy, but he's able to lose himself in the game more now. He had some great plays tonight. He'll be back to his old self soon, I think.

If only Yao could jump 20 inch from time to time:(

He is playing the game flat footed most time of the game. His rebounding would be so much better if he can jump a bit more.

Look on the bright side, he will last longer by playing flat footed. When the guy just stands there and raise his arms, it's defensive presence there already.

Does Amare's injury have anything to do with his crazy jumping?

Glad to see Yao taking over his game. He's really coming into his own. I saw some of that explosiveness back in T-Mac that we haven't seen in a month despite his bad FG%.

Man, I REALLY like this kid Livingston, despite getting schooled by T-Mac on a few occasions. He's going to be a player. He's got incredible court vision for such a young player.

Notice how hard Brand is pushing while Yao is shooting. Did Brand get a foul? (I'm betting not. :()
