I've never seen 3 minutes of bad possessions like the last few possessions goodness.

Since Battier doesn't have a premier wing in this game, why can't he do more offensively?

we had such a defensive continuity last year, and we have none of that this year, even if the numbers are still decent. i'm hoping we recapture that at some point. we'll never have a pretty offense, but getting back, everyone staying in front of their man instead of gambling, gang rebounding, those shouldn't go away.

we're just such a disjointed team right now (this whole season). but we were last year and then got it together, hopefully it happens again.

Pound the paint big fella! We need more of that aggressive play from Yao, none of that weak stuff he has been pulling.

aside from the fact he doesn't have a great offensive game, he's obviously still hampered by the ankle. he seems so tentative with every move. he's hesitant to even dribble out of trouble this year, much less drive to the basket. i'm guessing he'll take a while to get all the way back.

I guess everytime they send a bs double at yao, he should pass it out 24 ft when he's 6 ft from the basket?

He is an overrated passer, he telegraphs many of his passes and most of his passes are simple handoffs and cross body passes. A good passing big is Gasol, love his no look behind the back bounce pass to a cutter in the lane.
