Bah under 40% FG at the half. This is gonna be a long night if they don't get somethin going in 2nd half.

We need Martin to be more agressive in the 2nd half to have a chance.....we was non-existant in the first....

Lowry does not have his quicks or explosion. It's obvious his leg still hurts. Is Conroy still around or is he gone?

Why does Jordan Hill keep getting the ball in the post one on one? Is he our number one option now with Brooks and Martin on the floor lol

boston is loading up on martin, scola, and brooks and making others beat us. let's just hope brooks and martin can come alive in the second half.

Yeah, the ball wasn't moving very well in the first half. It seemed like they were just winging it out there.

Thats a good point. Also, Lowry is a maintenance guy, he does not start runs on his own. The team as a whole looks flat, they are slow, and stagnant. If Houston starts to play some faster ball, Boston won't make it out alive.

AB actually had several good passes, martin has 2 tos, and was 1-4, just horrible.... Give celtics credit, they really did a good job of defending....

Finally somebody who really gets it. BTW, I would not even play Lowry if he that hurt. Right now, he is not even a shadow of himself, pre-injury. However, if he is playing, Rockets fans need to show their support instead of b****ing around.

    SECOND HALF ADJUSTMENTS:

    1. Battier has to get on Pierce.
    2. Martin needs to initiate the offense (pick and roll) from the top and let Brooks catch and shoot off screens and attack after Martin has collapsed the D.
    3. Boston is heavy doubling on the perimeter. We need Scola and Hill playing major minutes together the 2nd half with Scola working the pick and roll and Hill operating down low. Hopefully Hill can stay out of foul trouble and give us some major minutes against Garnett/Wallace.
    4. We need go smaller and faster when Boston subs with Brooks/Martin/Ariza/Hill/Battier off the bench and see if we can run down Boston's old men.

need to give credit to Boston....their defense is solid...they kept our biggest 3 pt threats (martin and brooks) to ZERO 3 pt attempts and let everyone else shoot. Even lowry already has two 3pt attempts, they know not to let him drive....

There is no question in my mind that our players thought they were going to play against members of the AARP tonite and were just going to outrun the old gizzards to death. Instead, Boston decided to show up and teach these young pulps a lesson.

Regardless of the outcome, this is a very good lesson for our players.

Perkins is a great defensive player, but man is he ugly.

That is not an attractive human being.

You know things are NOT going according to plan when Hayes is your 2nd highest scorer.
