Exactly my point: He completely lacks impartiality especially about the Rockets. His tenure here was - shall we say LESS than stellar? He's nothing more than entertainment now - he's there to stir up the pot and make funny comments about the games (and also take up 3/4 of the TV screen). So why do so many folks here feel personally offended when he doesn't drop to one knee and kiss the Rockets' collective asses? I mean, if he truly, madly, deeply loved the Rockets with all of his heart and soul, would that make any difference at all in the grand scheme of things? It's really quite easy: if you don't like what he has to say then STOP WATCHING HIM!. I've gotten to the point that whenever I watch the games on TNT and Barkley starts talking all I hear is "Buzz Buzz Buzz Buzz".

The way the Celtics play defense, ball movement is going to be crucial in this game. They're going to aggressively trap T-Mac on PnR. They're the best team in the league in forcing turnovers, and that could be a problem for the Rockets. The only thing they do poorly on defense is they foul a lot. But the Rockets don't really benefit much from the free throw line anyways, so that may not be a factor. The Celtics force their opponents to take a high number of 3-point shots as opposed to getting scores in the paint, but they are also tops in the league in limiting 3P% (only 31% allowed). Basically, they defend like they have 6 players on the court.

Offensively, this is going to be a tough matchup for us.

I predict a very close game. Tmac will come through and drain a 3 for the win. either that or we blow them out by 10+ points :D

either one works for me. :D although this one would be a very tight game from beginning to the end.

    Houston winning by 5 points!!!

No one is going to walk into our home and not bow down to our superior defense!!!

This is going to be 10x better and intense then the lakers game.

    Key to beat the celtics.

-PP, battier will deny his A@@ like no tomorrow
-Alston skip to my lou rando legs, man!
-Bobby jackson showing cassell who is the better backup PG

    seriously:
-we need our 3s, continue to fall, Novak anyone?
-FTs, we need to hit them at high percentage
-landry, he needs to play and dominate the paint area.
-scola needs to pull KG away from inside and let landry dominate
-scola defense on KG will be the key.
-our bench need to be productive.

Boston is high to have their ups and downs as they can't be all playing 48 mins. This is our advantage as our bench not only keep our lead but actually produce at times. Celtics bench are horrible compare to ours. we need to take advantage at that. Without allen, they will be shooting less 3s, we need to take advanage of that too.

tmac will get doubled all over the place. it's all aobut can we make shots when tmac pass out of the pick and roll.

if we don't make the 3s early, alston has to do what he did the last 2 games -> drive to the hole. they're leaving the lanes WIDE OPEN for him. he needs to continue to attack.

and scola MUST step up. this is a game where he needs to take KG to work a likl bit. make KG work or else KG will just shadow tmac and play a mini-zone on him like he did when he was in minnesota. that will make it hard for tmac to penetrate.

    Expect a battle.

The Rockets streak is probably more motivation for opposing teams than being last year's champs! Until this streak ends, EVERY team the Rockets play will want to be the "one" that stops history.

Assuming the Rockets don't have an awful offensive night, this one will most likely be determined by three factors: turnovers, rebounds, and free throws.

And as long as the players "believe", really take it one game at a time, and out-hustle the other team, I wouldn't bet against them on any night, against any team. :)

    Be relentless!! GO ROCKETS!!!

    dear God.........

I don't ask for much. I think I'm a pretty decent guy. Is it possible you can give T-Mac his shot back, at least for one night? is 52 too much to ask for? I'll take 50 if you're busy, but be honest God....you love the Rockets! why else would you let all our opponets best player or 2nd best player be injured for our games? I understand divine intervention, but c'mon Lord, I need you to STEP UP tonight. 50. Just 50. peace Homie.

    Question:

Why do people have these signs that say '22-0'. Its dumb, Its 22 in a row. Its not as if we are the begining of the season and went 22-0. If you're going to add the '0' why not just say '26-1', or '46-20'.
