You know, I'm amped on this performance by Jalen. We can already see explosive his first step is. We've seen him go for dunks that made him look like he had rockets strapped to his sneakers. When he gets confident enough/strong enough to use his speed and hops to get to the rim consistently, it's game over.

 

we should be up by 20... our coaching is leaving a lot to be desired

Feel bad for Tatum he's going to have to do a lot of carrying for this Boston team. They looking like a play-in team right now.

 

I'm waiting for this Silas guy to be fired. It is unacceptable for Theis to stay on the court twice as long as Sengun without making any contribution to the game. Moreover, his +/- is worse in every match.

Sorry mate. If you wanna play 5 out, Theis is not the man you are looking for because he shoots at least as badly as Sengun.

Then take Sengun into the game and maybe he could show some spacing, post moves, passing skills. Don't hang around with a notepad in your hand. Enough, dude. We haven't been able to watch a single set over Sengun for how many games? A player can't used that badly.

 

Yeah, I agree. Part of that is the aggressiveness after that first game. They're defending, rebounding and pushing the ball up court instead of walking it up whenever that's available. If they walk it up, they sometimes have to run set plays instead of just going into their "random" offense when they run it back and hope to catch the defense off-guard. It's fun to watch. I honestly thought they would get beat up in this game because of the TWolves game and how they played that game, but not yet anyways.

 

Nice first half for the young rockets. Could have been an excellent one with less turnovers. Gordon needs to bring it from the bench, can't take nights off

Just imagine how much fun the 22 yr old versions of Jalen Green, Sengun, Garuba and Christopher are going to be.

 

I mostly watch in my phone which is obviously small. And they’re not showing replays.

was Jalen fouled on both drives to the basket that ended in misses. Seems like it. Second one for sure. We know he was fouled on the dunk attempt last night.

I understand now why Green is 2nd pick draft while KPJ is 30th.
