I honestly think Sengun had an "ok game", despite his 6 TO and his poor effort on defense

 

He did play "OK". I think SOFs take my analysis of him wrong. I think he plays well on the OFFENSIVE END, I just don't like the fact that he's a one way player.

 

I think the C's won't make the NBA finals, Brown and Tatum hate huge defensive pressure being applied to them, you could see they still have this problem when the Rockets started playing some proper defense.

 

Most centers are going to struggle when Porzingis is lighting is up from 3.

 

How can a one-way player get 10 assists or 12 rebounds? Brother, how can your comment be so ridiculous? Even the fact that he has more assists than guards already shows how versatile he is.are you sick dude?

 

What I meant by a ONE WAY PLAYER, I mean he is only benefical on one end of the court. The same way he is effective of the offensive end, I want him to be effective on the defensive end. And to me, that along with him not being able to spread the court is hurting the Rockets against the better teams.

My assessment of him is obviously different from yours.

I thought Jalen was a madman getting to the cup. And one of the adages is if the shot isn’t falling get to the rim/get to the line. I can’t explain about his shot but I feel like he’s still being aggressive and productive. Even on defense, felt like he had several good contests that resulted in a stop. Except on Porzingis and god only knows why he’s not getting help in that situation. I’d have to rewatch but it felt like he had a solid game overall.

I think a fair amount of us know he still has potential and want to see him succeed. If the guy starts putting up a remotely efficient 20ppg our Rockets are going to soar.

 

Again the stats dont support this narrative you have that Sengun is bad at defense. Our major problem on defense is usually getting killed by guards. This is why your claims never come with proof you are all talk and trolling.
