i think this type of thing is game-time. right now, i think all they can do is hydrate him as much as possible, let him nap, then hydrate him some more. that's all u can do right now.

 

Get the medication in his system as soon as possible. Let it start working. Any time I had to take anti-biotics I always tried to get that script filled as early as possible to get an extra dose in for the day.

 

Respiratory infections are more often than not viral, so antibiotics arent going to do anything for him. I cant believe he is sick again, so soon after the last illness. He needs to take better care of himself and take better preventative measures not to get sick. This guy needs to live in a bubble except when there is a game or practice.

 

antibiotics treat bacterial infections, not viral infections.

 

Anyone know if Gooden is actually going to be playing or not?

Geeeez....Yao Ming is such a workaholic !!

He went to Toyota Centre 2 hours earlier than everybody to start his shoot-around.

And it is Chinese New Year Day !!

 

pruyen, it's not something new that yao ming is a hard worker; in fact, he's arguably one of the top 3 hardest working players in this league after kobe and KG. he loves basketball more than anything.

you don't have to be excited every time yao shows up a few hrs before tip off.

 

I'm gonna be in class all night and was wondering if you guys know any programs where i can watch the game on my Macbook... I'm prefer a PC, but our school is required to use a Macbook...

 

I feel you man. I have Spanish from 7:35 to 9:55. I'm gonna try to have a friend tivo it for me

 

Man.....of course I knew he is one of the most hardworking guys in NBA.

But then it is Chinese New Year Day (February 7) when he could have wanted to spend more time with his family (his parents, his wife, his in-laws) before coming to work.

 

I hope T-mac plays..

Tonight in the role of Rocky Balboa: T-Mac.

After spending most of the day at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital being treated for an upper respiratory infection, the word less than an hour before game time is that Tracy McGrady is on his way to the Toyota Center.

It's still a game-time decision. But he can't play if he's not in the building. It's a positive sign.

If he plays, can we call him T-Rock?
