Averaging 24+ points per game on 44% shooting isn't consistent enough. Granted when he goes into "T-Chuck" mode it kinda hurts us, but he also give us high rewards besides his scoring. Yao should be the main option at this point, but Tmac will always be the cog that makes it run. The team just need to be more aggressive individually-thats why the rookies have been such a big help lately

yao broke his leg. tmac has chronic injuries that can come back at any time. big difference there.

im just saying that as much as i like tmac, and will continue to root for him while hes here... i think its in the best interest of the team to move him for another perimeter scorer who will play more games and probably shoot a better %.

22ppg is not hard to find, and its not worth 20 milion or an up and down season due to injuries.

Kobe takes 1 more shot per game but averages 5 more points per game. So, yeah, no one needs to tell Kobe anything. However, people do need to tell Tmac to shoot less.

Their role players just dont defer to kobe as much as the roxs role players does. Sasha Vujichick took the last shot while Kobe was at the top of the key wide open haha.

It's the FTA that are the difference. Kobe takes what, 4-5 more FTA a game than team? Mix that in with the difference in FT %, and you have your 5pt difference. FG % wise they are very even.

Look, Smith's point was made in the context of the Phoenix trade, the LA trade, etc.

The Rockets are probably as good as they're going to get. And T-Mac WITH Yao is not a dramatic improvement over Yao only. Something's got to give.

Honestly, I have no problem with Shane's D on Bron. That last 3-point shot James made, Shane's hand was literally right in front of Bron's face and he still made it. What else can you do?
