I thought that Battier didn't take those throw-away shots at the end of the clock. No complaints seeing as he just took the charge, but it is weird given the emphasis the nytimes article put on him not taking those garbage shots.

Scola really saved us by being very active..missed some open shots and yao hasn't done too much of anything yet...but excellent defense!

Thats about as well as you can defend Lebron James.

Time to break out the Big Stick O' Banning, Clutch. I'm surprised the guy bothered to pick a Rockets themed screen name.

    1) We are playing PHENOMENAL defense
    2) We rebound the basketball
    3) We lock the paint
    4) We are agressive + hitting our free throws.

I think they were talking about long 3's from beyond half court...not a shot that is a turn around from the top of the key.

It's funny that Reggie was making fun of Ron for thinking "he is the best player in the NBA" when Miller spent his entire career thinking he was the best in the league....even better than MJ.

I even remember a quote from a former Reggie Miller team mate where he said Reggie would talk about how skinny the opposing SG was. Seriously.

He is given too much props to Rafer and TMac, like the Rockets are nothing without them. He must not have watched the way both players were playing this season.
