imagine all the fans from tyota center chants "fawk you" on one side and "palmer" on the other side alternatively throughout the whole game. I wonder if she will put a stick up her azz to get that check out that was given by stern.

Since when Cavaliers became a team that scares the rockets? LJ? He is a solved problem long time ago, I don't see his play changed that much. Battier would contain him easily. I am more worried about their new acquired, like Mo.

But the bottom line, we will win the game... for sure.

Cavs board thinks this is the hardest game for them on their whole road trip. (That partly maybe due to SA not having Duncan and Boston not having Garnett, still SA is winning with a hot Tony Parker and it'll be a back-to-back for them, us and then SA)

What exactly lost the Rockets the game in their last meeting? I watched parts of the game and basically saw that most of their role players were hitting shots (and 3's) at a high percentage (50+%).

I really think the Rockets have regained their defensive identity as of late and will be hard pressed to give up 50+% shooting to any team.

But I honestly am wondering, how did the Rockets lose....(don't say the refs)

Well, one reason was that Yao was taken out of the game early because of two quick (BS) fouls.

Yeah I went there for the St. Pierre UFC fight.

But I am kind of looking for a place with mainly Rockets fans... it's OVERRAN with Spurs fans most of the time, but never been there during a Rockets game.

We all saw how great Yao did in the fourth quarter (which was the only quarter he actually got to play his full minutes for that quarter), he dominated that quarter and we still almost won.

But we can't count on that. Chances are, the officiating will be against Yao for the rest of his career. You can't just say the Rockets lost because he was in foul trouble early in the game. What other factors?

From what I saw, their role players hit shots at a high percentage. Would you agree that the Rockets defense of late would not allow that?

We actually kept in check with them for most of the game.. our defense was the best we probably could have played until the end of the 4th. They took our main offensive option out of the game, one that they clearly couldn't guard. We stopped LeBron, but he was still creating for his other teammates. They couldn't bother to take LeBron out too? I mean, on two plays, I saw him foul Ron, literally foul him... I'm not going to say we lost that game because officiating, but it's basically like Yao was injured for the game, we should have just rested him.

Was the game close? I remember watching the start of the 3rd quarter in that game and the Cavs had ballooned the lead to double digits. Then I had to leave and missed the 4th.

    What happened after I left?

Secondly, the defense played in that game couldn't have been anywhere close to smothering like our defense has been of late. McGrady's out so that's a big difference in defensive intensity and chemistry.

Ok, to answer your question, I remember now. We were down 8 going into the 4th. We came back to make it 1, I'm pretty sure. That's with Yao and LeBron in the game. (I remember how frustrated I was though with that game, but I continued to watch because I thought we might have a chance with Tracy remaining on the bench)

As for our D, I think it was pretty solid in that game. I'd like to say though, it wasn't as good as the D we're playing now.

I see where you are coming from though, we can't really on the refs. I think we are a better defensive team at home though, so that should really help us out. The D is what will get us the win.

I still believe this team can be Road Warriors like they have in the past couple of seasons. This team has been great on the road and I don't see this year being any different with more stability on the roster now.

Did the Rockets just stop playing after they cut it to 1? what happened?

Well, I think then, the Cavs 3-point shooting took over, If I can remember. West and Williams got going. But yeah, you're right about the road, we have always been a great road team.

lebron james is NOT considered to be a solved problem to any teams in the league. battier would contain lebron easily? .... i sure hope that happens this game but. i know it's not gonna be easy.
