Z man has been shooting over 50% from the floor in the last several games, and so has Yao. I see that last night they neutralized each other on the offensive end of the floor for pretty much the whole game.

Yao was bothered by Z's D in the 1st half, but made some adjustments in the second half and more than doubled his shooting percentage.

Yao's D on Z man was super last night. When Yao was on the floor, Z man was only 3-16 frm the floor.

i think both booz and z on cavs should take more shots than lebron based on fg%. z is pretty good center. unfortunately, he has too many injuries. his production drops compared to last year. well, booz earns his starting job by hard working and good skills. lebron has the potential to be a very good. however, he is given the starting job and given a lot of shots. it seems cavs's already designed majority plays for him before he even started to play. they are wasting the talent of booz and z. both should go to other teams after their contract ends.

The encouraging thing about this game was that we seemed to have control over the Cavs defensively and Yao's not going to shoot 7 for 18 very often. JVG is playing for the long term.

If we continue to feed Yao and he gets to the line and shoots a good percentage, and we control the other team defensively, we're going to win on most nights. Some nights the shots won't fall like last night, some nights the other team will shoot ridiculously well from the outside, like Atlanta. But this kind of consistent play over the long season, puts you in the playoffs and makes you a strong playoff team.

The encoraging thing about this game was they keep pass to Yao most of the time even he shot poorly last night. Steve's shot still not fall, but he limited his own shot very much. That's major reason we win this ball game.
