Tough game. Though the Rockets would seem to have as much of a scheduling advantage as one can hope for. Several days between games for the team to rest the weary and work on their games. And then Cavs coming off an overtime loss in which Lebron James played 44 minutes.

I guess the only thing that disadvantage the Rockets is that Cavs lost to a bad team, so perhaps they'll be extra motivated.

How is Chuck Hayes suppose to gaurd Shaq? He's gonna have to give it 100% on each of the Cavs plays. Trust in the ChuckWagon.

Chuck has played Shaq surprisingly well in the past.

    My 2 favorite teams going head to head, it's a win/win for me...or is that a lose/lose?

This will be a tough game but I see us holding on. The Cavs will probably edge us out... They're not happy losing to Memphis in OT. We wouldn't be happy either.

I don't have the permission to start a new thread. Here is a video of rockets in practice against the Cavaliers (TMac is in it). Some of you might be interested.

Ariza and Battier will be an odd tandam against lebron.
Battier does indeed play good defense and can stop a few shots but he'll tire quickly, if Ariza guards him Lebron will simply out muscle him + Ariza will likely get into foul trouble.
The only thing I missed about Artest ( Good ridance btw) was that he was athletic enough and could really get into a person's mind and mess with them.
Lebron might get 30 tonight and Houston can absolutley not depend on the 3 even if shaq is in the paint.

I hope we win....i actually don't think we will go as far as to win, even though i hope we at least don't give them a
10+ lead, but still, remember that 91-101 lakers game? we have a chance of winning...never underestimate
    the heart of a champion....

    GO ROCKETS!!!

Sorry guys, I played someone online yesterday in NBA 2k that was the Cavs and I found out that we lose this game, though we keep it close. Lebron is held under control, and per usual we never give up, but we simply didn't have the tall to win in the end. Ariza starts slow with only 4 first half points on poor shooting, but plays a big role in the comeback and finishes with 22 points.

Overall a good game, and fun to watch. Bummer we lose.

If Ariza zones out/half asses on the defensive end for even a second, Lebron is going to go right past him.

I think the Rox need to make an effort to shut down the other guys, especially the 3 point shooters.

That is the forumla. Shut down the 3 point shooters and make Lebron a jump shooter.

Do you best on Shaq and if he gets rolling play foul ball!

I heard on radio that Lebron might not play tonight, he injured his knee dancing.
