Hell of an AMEN, brother.

 

Amen is something else. It's crazy to imagine what he will be come in a few years, the crazy thing is I feel like we haven't even unleashed his potential. I believe he will have a 30 point / 30 reb game one year.

 

I wish they have him more attempts to go to the basket.

 

I rather have a dynamic and a 1 of a kind Amen than Paolo. Amen getting 16 rebounds is rare for a player at his position.

 

How many games in the win column did the Rockets have going into last night's game. I thought it was 29, so they should now have 30.

Comment: Sengun (HOU) dislodges Allen (CLE) during the shot attempt, and a loose ball foul should have been whistled. Instant replay was then utilized after the made basket to determine if an altercation/hostile act had occurred, and referees determined that Sengun did not commit a hostile act.

 

I think if we had Paolo, no Amen the next year. Record would have been better.

I would rather have Thompson over Paolo.

 

How is there going to be a loose ball foul with no loose ball? I thought it would have been called if the basket was missed.

 

Ya explanation makes no sense. If the foul was during the shot it either should've been a shooting foul on Allen or an offensive foul on Alperen.

 

I don’t think “loose ball foul” requires that the ball is “loose” but that no team has possession of the ball. The INC doesn’t matter- they weren’t in the penalty and Sengun wasn’t in foul trouble.

 

There was a bunch of contact during the shot - that should've either been a shooting foul, offensive foul or no call. The fact they refer to Alperen dislodging Allen during the shot implies this is the contact that was an incorrect non call. They could have just said the contact after the shot by Alperen was an incorrect non call and should've been a loose ball foul but the y specifically reference the dislodging occurring during the shot attempt which makes no sense. Just more incompetence from the league in publishing the reports which are just as subjective as the calls made in real time.

 

what's not being talked about was the awesome move over Allen but called offensive foul on Sengun for swiping Allen's arm from his hip.
probably a make up call for that.

 

Im fine with him averaging 20 pts 10 rebs 7 assists 5 stocks a game

Its because of Jabari's absence. His length and rebounding is critical to the starting unit.

 

if we had 4 three-point shooters to put around him, no team would be able to stop him getting in the paint and opposing coaches would likely just send him to the line 15x a game and hope he misses
