man how does Deke get so many rebounds? if only Yao could learn rebounding / blocks from Deke he would be a super duper star. J
man deke is just dominating the inside and the non-tmac/yao unit has been amazing today. just so efficient.
Just calling it like I see it... this team has gelled since Sura came back from the injury in less than 2 months (with the addition of several new players as well)... while the Francis-led JVG offense never really gelled at all last year.
Well, we all wanted that one player who plays with a chip on their shoulder... otherwise, we're too damn nice.
i said he's francis-lite. dispute that. a point guard who isn't a pure point guard (more of an sg), who looks for his shot quite a bit, who can somewhat penetrate, is well above average at rebounding for a pg, uses his size and hustle to get the rebounds, doesn't always make the best decisions, is an adequate but unspectacular shooter, a guy who can fill up a stat sheet on any given night, and who is a hothead who gets mad a lot and picks up technicals and always seems to be getting into spats with other players. francis-lite to a T and as much was said when we picked him up. and aside from the ridiculous assertion that he "leads" our offense and not tmac and yao, that the comparisons end there just seemed quite funny given how similar they are.
