Interesting that the last shot was set up for Mobley and not Francis. Finally! Lately Francis just isn't getting the job done with end of the quarter plays. Nice to see JVG going to someone else. The fact Mobley "passed" on the final shot was great to see. Clearly he had confidence in his teammate Jackson to make the shot.
Saw the interview and he was joking. JJ's attitude and leadership is sorely needed & I hope he becomes even more assertive. We really played a poor, uninspired game (sounds like the AM shootaround!!) and won despite ourselves, trying hard to pull defeat out of the jaws of victory. JJ saved our a** last night, & props to Cat for the pass. D R
It wasn't exciting until the very end. Even then, it was less "Oooh, I hope we win!" than "If we lose to the Bulls I'm gonna shoot my dog in the face."
