Got the win we were supposed to get.

Feel bad for Coach Thibs. Injury ravaged, lost Rose, most of his offensive players traded away... his guys still play hard, but he's got a really weak roster.

They're basically running on pure will power right now.

Nice shooting night for Bevs. Chemistry with Dwight looked very good. Harden/Dwight/Tjones looked like they were really cooking.

2nd unit looked a bit stilted. They struggled quite a bit it seemed.

Looking forward to the Indiana game. Serious test coming.

It has already been established that Howard and Harden are the captains of this team.

Please don't quote me, but I think Parsons is technically the captain.

Hey he could be a captain as well. I just heard Harden and Howard state it several times that they are the captain/leaders of this team.

Parsons is capt . He has been their the longest and is the glue that keeps the team tight.
    Good team win.

I liked how Harden played this game. I know a lot is made of turnovers but his turnovers didn't bother me. He really didn't hold the ball too long much if at all, involved a good amount of team mates and played a smart game while making a decent effort on defense. I liked the balanced scoring between him, Dwight, Parsons, Beverley not known for scoring as an X factor and a second unit guy Casspi in double figures with Garcia at 9 pts. But equal to that I like that Jones had 6 assists as well as Harden. Jones was due to struggle, he's a young player, and something is way off about his shot, but he'll be good. He's got the ingredients but he has to get back to the gym and work on his shot. But when Bev has 3 assists, Parsons has 3-7, Jones has 3-6, Harden has 5-9 and if and when Lin comes back he gets 5-9, then that's good team basketball. The only troubling thing is Harden and Parsons are noticeably banged up and with the team so first-unit dependent and 2nd unit so weak, putting mileage on them is something of a concern. If and when Lin comes back, that'll help but he'll need time to get back to form and he's banged up.
