You couldn't get a late first rounder for Lin at this point.

Folks WAY to fast to jump on Lin with only 1 half done. It's like people just waiting for any excuse to dump on the kid.

Lin *rarely* put together 4 full strong quarters last year. Most often he would put together mediocre/weak first half and a strong 2nd half, or at best a decent first half, lapse in the 3rd quarter, then come out strong in the 4th quarter.

Lin had more than a few games like that.

The Toronto game, he was having a very rough time in the first half, then came back strong in the 2nd half, including 12 points in the 4th quarter to end with 27 points.

Minnesota was similar... weak 1st half, then half-time adjustments and came out strong.

Milwaukee game... weak first half, strong 2nd half.

List is even longer than that.

I'm just going to relax and watch the rest of the game play out.

Lin is a -10 right now and Douglas is a +6. He's outplaying Lin.

I watched him in NY too....... I think even Knicks fans would be stunned over his play in this game.

I just have this fear that Jeremy Lin might be to the Rockets what Lamar Odom was to the Mavericks. I just think he's losing faith in his game in this particular system.

    It's not half a game. It's 11 1/2 games.

I don't ever recall Lin having the worst +/- once last season with the Knicks..... He's had the worst +/- this season for about the fourth time.

How can anyone even defend Lin? He's been terrible aside from the first 2 games of the year.

After seeing what happened in the first half, I find it surprising the Rox are down by only 4.

We gave up Lamb, Martin and picks to get Harden.

Thus, the only person we lost from the starting lineup is K-Mart.

Before you get into the whole "But those picks came from trading Lowry", Harden was not available, when we traded away everything, nor did we have the intention of trading everything away JUST to get Harden.

Also, our center position is relatively similar, we lose offense but gain defense. Same for PF position, better defensively. Our SF position stayed the same, and our SG position improved by a large mile. The only position we got worse in by a noticeable margin is our PG position.
