Exactly only positive was getting rid of stro and his multi year contract. however losing gay for this guy is a tragedy.

As I said before, releasing Hairyass is a big mistake. Deke is running on fume. We definitely need a young backup center. Another dumb decision by Van Dummy.

We just have a terrible coach. He just can not use his players.
In the last minutes, we needed somebody to press the ball, and the best player we have for that is sitting on the bench. I just get fustrated with his antics. He just don't want to be flexible and bend a litle bit.
We have another player on the disable list that could have come and play for 10 minutes and help, and again he refuses to accept and just want to show the team he is in charge. JVG just sucks. We need somebody that can utilize better the talent this team has. Maybe, he should just go the the NY marathon and recruit new players there.

 why doesnt yao go for the offensive rebounds? all i see is him running away from the rim as soon as someone releases the ball...

actually, the Spurs game was 10 folds better than this one.. at least we lost that one, JVG didn't get credit for "being such a great coach in crunch time and holding his team together to stay alive and outlast the other team"..

if JVG keeps screwing up in the 3rd, I would love to lose EVERY SINGLE DAMN GAME until we get that dumb a$$ fired..

Many more games like this and JVG is going to have less hair than he has now. Actually became a pretty exciting game to watch even if it was because of another implosion by the team. This team needs another catalyst, I just wish JVG would let Bonzi out of the dog house, maybe he can't go 40 but we only need him to go 12 at the end. Interesting comments by Craig Sager about his conversation with Bonzi, I don't think JVG and Bonzi are ever going to see eye to eye. I guess we can forget him being around next year.

Horrible Game to watch! Rockets were lucky to win. I wonder if JVG has the mind to learn from these type of games? It sort of looked like one of the games from last season. Can anyone else see what is wrong with the way we have played the last two games?

Coaches don't blow leads, players do. Van Gundy is calling good plays, but players are not fighting hard enough at eh end of games to execute their plays. It starts with Tmac. Mr Closer has been pathetic this year in the 4th quarter with the exception of one game. Same with Yao. At the end of games he's not a defensive or offensive presence. Guards always get to the hoop at the end of games against us.

Rockets is on their way to break into the construction bussiness -- they have gone from one good bricklayer to two two good bricklayer now. Way to go!

If he can't get the reb, he can't go back to defend as quickly as other guys, cause he is big and a little slower.

I personally think JVG is punishing Wells for missing the Dallas game and his overall bad attitude...in which case I would agree with what he is doing.

I thought Snyder played well. His shooting isn't great, and that was a bad foul, but he his size, activity going to the basket, and ability in transition are all important assets we shouldl take more advantage of.
