I agree, we played good defense but not great. The Bucks missed some shots. As fas as Skinner concerned, we started out sagging off him so he knocked down some J ... after that he even put some nice moves on us. I guess you have to give up something.
Before the game, people wanted to trade all of our guys for Redd, Mason, Thomas .... well , they don't look so good now, do they? ;)
I am glad with the solid contribution from AG and Spoon. They can help lengthen our rotation.
Steve seemed to play harder. Except for a short stretch when he decided to take all the shots, he played well.

What bother me a little was when JVG took Steve out, he said something to Steve and Steve just turned, walked away and went sat on the floor at the end of the bench. I hope it is nothing serious but if he is tuning Jeff out then we have a problem.

Yao tried but he just did not have the stamina. He tried to play agressive too but the one time he really bullied the opp. to take the position under the basket, he got called for an offensive foul, too bad.

People look to much into something like this. It's just a coach giving quick advice or possibly asking if he's okay. Reminds me of when I'd come out of a game, you listen while you make it to the bench for a drink or catch your breath. Sometimes you're too tired to respond.

Steve had just gotten a technical. JVG probably told him to go sit over there by himself and cool down for a minute...

Please....The Rockets are 6-3 against the East at home this season. They usually play well at home against the East

Only five more games against the East after we play Atlanta on the 7th...betcha that finger will be in your pocket around mid-March...
