It was a nice game, we played T-Mac offense, it worked really well with teams like Bucks that don't have any real defense.

I was booing JVG during the coach introduction, and also when the big screen shows him making new year resolutions, and I thought someone in the back was booing with me, was that anyone from clutchcity?

BTW, EVERY TIME I goes to the game, the Rockets win. That's 10 in the row, the Rockets should start paying me to go to the game from now on, I'm their lucky charm. Tim, ya heard?:D

mason couldn't get it going offensively and that put the bucks on the back pedal the entire game.

in the end rockets downed their shots and the bucks couldn't.

zaza had monster games in the last two games prior to this so we're lucky he had a bad game. this win doesn't make gaines look any better.

LOL, I'm on a 5 game streak myself. Starting with last year's playoff spot clincher against Denver. Then I went to game 3 of the first round against LA. 3 games this year we've one. :D

    Friday Apr 9th, vs Denver
Friday Apr 23th, vs Los Angeles
    Tuesday Nov 9th, vs Memphis
    Saturday, Dec 4th, vs Philly
    Friday, Dec 31st, vs Milwaukee

I believe I've only been to two other games, but I can't remember which ones, or if we won or not.

Interesting fact, last year at this point we were 16-14. Hrm.

well, basing from that fact, i think were doing good for a "new" team. i mean, all these guys are still strangers to each other. 15-15 aint that bad for a bunch of strangers wearing the same colors..

I have to agree on Barry and Wesley. I like the way they move the ball when they are in the game. Always looking to pass. They both can dribble and penetrate which is a plus too. Wesley's defense has surprised me. Even at 6'1" he is pesky enough to really get on larger players. I havent seen anyone post him up as of yet. It will be interesting to see how he handles that. He is pretty solid though.

Barry has been great. Even for an old guy he moves his feet pretty good on defense. On offense he passes the ball quickly, spaces the floor nicely and is hitting the jumper.

Everyone knows I am a Jim Jackson fan. I feel bad that he was traded. But from what I have seen from Wesley the last few games. I fully admit that I think he is a better "fit" on this team with what we are asking him to do in his role. JJ doesnt have the quickness that Wesley has on defense and on the perimeter and I think that is a big factor.

Yeah, the injured reserve just wasn't the same without him. ;)

Looks like the opinion pendulum is swinging on the trade. Enjoy the compliments, Wesley, 'cause you'll no doubt be hammered again as soon as you have a bad game.

I think it reflects the difference between judging him based on his previous stats...and getting to see what he can really do with the team.

It is hard to see the hustle and defense relected in a statline...and so many here only base their opinions on age and stats instead of actually waiting to judge him based on his play.

As much as I hated to lose both JJ and Boki......I feel Wesley is just the right player we needed...

a tenacious defender....hustle all the way....and once he gets comfortable withthe team and they know where he feels comfortable shooting....you will see that he is also a good spotup shooter.

this team has possibilities....the biggest things we need now are for our 4s to play above their skill levels and our starting center to actually play up to his talent level every game.

I honestly feel good about this team....and look forward to them putting together a couple of good winning streaks.

The trade was not made to win a championship or for the long term, it was made to quell the criticism and placate the fans. We had become one of the disappointments of the season and something needed to be done. Two games doesn't turn around a season so we shall see about the new guys, something that may have more impact than than Wesley/Barry is JVG seems to have unleashed T-Mac, I think his SPG are going up from here.

The Rox aren't anywhere being a championship team and if the Rox assemble a team that goes deep into the playoffs, it won't be this group. Rox fans better be prepared to be patient, it will be at least until 2007 before we can even think about having a team that contends.
