VSpan's play the past 2 games resembling his stellar play the last few games in the world championship. His decisionmaking, aggressiveness on both sides of the floor and his ability to impose his will against his defender is very impressive.

Novak's quick release is simply unbelievable. I can't believe a pure shooter like him at 6'10" could be had in the 2d round. What great luck for the Rox!

I like Rafer. But he loses the ball once in while. He loses the ball in traffic sometimes. Vassilis had the ball on a string. He can get around people easier because if he's bumped, he's bigger than Rafer and doesn't lose his balance. It's safe to say our PG spot is solidified this season. We can start Rafer and bring a change of pace off the bench with Vspan

I propose the Rockets offer baklavas at their concession stands in honor of our Spartan.

The fact that we fleeced him from dallas makes it all that much sweeter...like "Cartman licking tears of absolute sorrow"-sweet...

Novak is gonna be a killer off the bench this season. His 3pt shot is going to be deadly!! :D I'm still not sold on Vassilis Spanoulis yet. I think its gonna take time and more games for him to come around. So far, Rockets look in good shape.

I don't know this for sure, but i think every time Spanoulis rebounded the ball, he pushed and we scored... Jason Kidd

Rafer had a solid night. Good shooting, got the offense to run smoothly.

Casey Jacobsen over Ryan Bowen any day of the week. Any of those last 4, even Sura on crutches.

Skip hasn't been the playmaker V-Span's been (when slick passing is supposed to be Rafer's thing). He's shot a pretty fair percentage from the field though. 4 for 5 today with 2 of 3 from 3pt range according to the box score. That makes him the best % shooter amongst the guards in both categories.

All the CD hate was uncalled for. He has gotten players like Mobley and Othella Harrington in the second round. There was no reason that Novak should have slipped to 32nd. Some scouts and GM's are so stupid sometimes.

OMFG! I love this team! They are loooking GREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!

Novak is money. Vspan has awesome D, and that SICK pass he gave to Howard on the break!

    Yao was dominant tonight.

And to just think about it. We still have Wells, TMAC, and Battie on this team! :D :D :D
