Ball movement promotes ball movement. You can always tell, you give a guy a good pass and he's likely to give one back next time.
Obviously shooting wise Smith could have done a lot better. People will look at the box score and say Smith was garbage...but for those that actually are watching the game can tell the energy Smith brings to this team. Moved the ball quickly, played great defense, rebounded extremely well. For a guy that hasn't been playing hardly at all this season, I'd say it was a successful half for Smith.
On any other team this would be a bad game for Josh Smith. Smoove can't shoot for **** but is playing defense, getting rebounds and play making. Hilarious how well he fits with the Rockets. Harden having a really good game. with Smoove and Lawson in the game he has actually worked off the ball a bit getting a few baskets when he wasn't primary ball handler.
I don't care if Josh goes 0-12 tonight, the impact he has on this team on and off the court is very evident. Smoooovvveee
