    Because you've only watched the games he's played well. He tends to disappear for long stretches and just blend in, avoid contact, and play without any discernible passion. Then he plays like he has in this 4th quarter and it makes you wonder why on earth he doesn't do this on a more frequent basis? He has the skillset to be a good player, but he just doesn't seem to have the mentality. I'm not saying he's Stromile Swift or anything, but he just seems so damned complacent and just content with being a mediocre player. It's frustrating.

    when you don't get to play through your mistakes and get benched at the slightest mistakes, of course you're gonna be inconsistent.

    Mchale was FORCED to go big with Delfino out. I have no doubt without that injury Mchale would have trotted out a small line up for a loss.
