Hmmmm, he looked good? I didn't think he looked very good out there, he had a couple of nice passes and some rebounds, but his defense was slow and he shot 1-7 for the game.

Snyder looked good he should have played more than Bonzi tonight...for sure !

If you consider a full season of bad shooting to be just a 'stretch', then ok

Okay, let me break it down for you:

First half: 0/4 , no FT
    Second half: 1/3, 2-2 FT

43%. ray allen shoots 43%. arenas shoots 41%.

43% is not great, but if tmac shoots 43%, i take that.

the firs bad month and this stretch are the only stretches where he shoots under 40%. other than that, he's been 45% the other months. so basically 2 months :D

The reason allen and arenas shoot such a low percentage is because they play a lot of minutes and take a LOT of shots...

actually, T-mac has shot better when Yao is out, which is perplexing, because T-mac should be fresher when Yao is in (since he doesn't have to shoot as much or play as much minutes). I think T-mac NEEDS to be the leader of this team in order for him to play well. Right now, the leadership is in limbo between Yao and Mac..

What will JVG say in the post-game show? The players did not play hard, those players are not good enough in the NBA or I do not know how to coach without a superstart?

i think that going into the playoffs on a losing streak should help give the rockets a sense of urgency and anxiety that will shake them from thier ambivalent stupor...

    so yay...lose more please :p

haha, that or the law of averages... if we lose the next 4 games, we'll win the next 4 in the playoffs!

actually since we are play approximately 60% basketball
if we lose all of the next 6 games
then we would be on a 9 game losing streak
meaning that its very possible that, due to the "law of averages" we would go on to win the next 12 games, meaning that we would sweep jazz, sweep dallas in semis, and then sweep phoenix in conf finals, and then sweep detroit in championship

we're gonna bring home the trophy this year O YA! :D

Rafer was amazing tonight. He really stepped up. I mean, his playmaking abilities and his 'pass first' mentality was on full display.

He's that third option we've been searching for all those years...

Bonzi looked pretty good tonight considering he still needs to shake off the rust. Let's hope JVG keeps him in and moves snyder to the inactive list, cause he pretty much blows and doesn't really add much to this team.

    What?

    Bonzi
    23 minutes
    1-7 shooting
    2-2 FTs
    5 rebounds
    2 assists
    3 turnovers
    4 - HUGE points

    Snyder
    20 minutes
    4-8 shooting
    2-3 FTs
    2 rebounds
    1 assist
    1 turnover
    10 points

    Game stats

How can you honestly say that Bonzi looked good out there?

Not to mention that Bonzi's man went by him like he was standing in mud.

The point i was trying to make was bonzi was rusty in the first half, but improved in the second half. I bet you if he plays next game as well, he'll do a lot better
