knock them out then we are 0.5 game ahead of them, win h2h tiebreaker, and probably playoff HCA against them. biggest one in all the remaining games.

would like to see Yao vs. Oden. should be fun and couldn't possibly be worse than vs. the Beckham-look-alike flopper. hope their coach didn't figure this out.

Rockets need this game in the worst way because another good team comes to town on Tuesday. I'm getting concerned. It's a mistake to assume they will pound the Blazers because the Blazers are "weak on the road". Four straight wins by at least 20 points is nothing to sneeze at. LaMarcus Aldridge is on a 26/11 tear the last 5 games. Roy's knee is bothering him. Blake has found his shooting touch. Batum has been playing very well. Travis Outlaw could be the key to this game.

Yao MUST assert himself. The Blazers won't deny him the ball, so he will have an opportunity to dominate. Ron must play with his head screwed on. Scola needs to crash the boards. The Rockets must not allow the Blazers to play patty-cake on the offensive glass or it could be a long game. The also can't allow the Blazers to go on one of their patented 16-1 or 18-4 2nd half runs. The offense will have to stay fresh in the 2nd half.

I'll go with the Rockets in a low-scoring close game. I think the players know what is at stake and will bring their "A" game. I will use this and the Tuesday Orlando game as bellweathers for how well the Rockets will play in the 1st round.

Time to redeem ourselves for dropping the last two. In the event this is a playoff preview winning this game will be a TREMENDOUS confidence booster.

Rockets win and get closer to securing homecourt.

P.S. NO MORE BRANDON ROY ILLEGAL SHOTS!!!
