The big key today and the rest of the year is Spoon's midrange shot a little past the FT line on the elbows. When Howard struggled with his outside shot earlier in the year, our offense was struggling because the defense clogging the lane on Yao and they swarmed the outside without any worries. When JHo started hitting the medium range shots, that's when everything opened up for us offensively.

bowen should start. we are undefeted with him in the starting lineup. he will do a good job on reef.

the good thing i like about this team is that we are deep. Jho goes down, and we have 3 or 4 guys who can be effective in his minutes.

with blazers out of the playoffs they are playing their younger players more. Hopefully Sura can cause Telfair to turn it over a lot and maybe we'll see Yao dunk on Ha Seungjin again like he did in the Asian games.

anybody hear Worrell say "there are some free agents working out right now with their sights set on Houston"

Thats exactly what he said. but I'm not sure what to make of it. free agents? maybe he meant cba or nbdl guys but he said free agents.

I was listening to the Portland pregame show and the commentator goes: "I don't know how we can beat this Houston team. If you slow the game down, they are third in field goal defense, if you speed it up then can score 127 on you like they did against the Suns. They are the hottest team, I just hope there is a leak in the roof today" lol

Ha ? The Korean Kid ?

He was abused pretty badily in the Asian games by Yao.

He means older players who no longer play in the NBA, but are too old to be going around the country for the CBA or NBDL.

Basically, guys like Rod Strickland (or Dennis Rodman, if you want an example of a ... ahem... power forward).

i hope we don't bring in karla. but the question is:

if it means we win the championship this year, is it worth getting one for karla?

Wow, Yao is doing everything. Others on Rocks need to go for the rebound.

If anybody want to punk Yao about not scoring crazy numbers, it's because he is overlooked too often.

the rockets are playing around too much. this game doesn't have to be this hard. they can't stop tmac, they can't stop yao. just give one of them the ball each time down and we win.

Can someone get a pair of glasses for Tracy? Hope he can wake up soon, or Rocks have to kepp feeding the ball to Yao to stay in the game.

TMac had Yao in prime position and elected to take it himself. Sura the same. Padgett had a chance as well to throw it in, but dribbled in instead and passed it back out.

Not to nitpick or criticize, but I just don't understand it. If it's close at the end of the game, you can bet that Yao will get plenty of touches.
