Ha was projected as high as #4 pick on NBAdraft.net. No base for him, that's the difference.

If the Rockets can win a couple of playoff series with Yao taking 5 shots a game, that's great. That means that we are the Houston Celtics of the 60s.

However, if people on this board accept the fact that Yao only needs to take limited shots in a blowout, and he needs to deliver only in a tight game......then STFU.

I think the best part of this win was T Mac and Yao not playing a lot of minutes. It's good to get victories when they aren't playing the whole game.

in NBA it's all about oppurtunities. Everyone got talents and has a legit shot at winning scoring title if he is made franchise player of the club and can jack up 30 shots per night. Wanna proof? See how Lue is doing in Atlantic. On the other hand, a great player can be degraded into a role player if he is limited touches. Wanna proof? See how Chris Webber is doing in Philadelphia.

This is what championship teams are supposed to do. The Blazers looked overmatched the second the teams took the floor. It came at a great time too because Yao and Tracey need rest.

No one played over 30 minutes tonight. This game was a good light practice preparing for the Celts.
