Does that he mean doesn't want to score 55% of the other time? :) (his field goal % is 44.5%)

I agree though, when he does scores it looks so effortless

a role player that still has some upside and question marks (for better or for worse)

plus he can go off every few games and be a difference maker

Injury - look like something to do with the hip.

    Very true.
Unfortunately some people mistakenly equate "role player" with "scrub".

Yeah...Rockets needed this game but Harden and Parsons played way too many minutes for this game. Glad only Sac is next for Sunday. It will be a big momemtum if the Rockets can close out the next three games with all Ws....

I like Beverley better than TD anyway, but I never want to see anyone injured.

Still, gotta love the energy PatBev brings. He is a high motor young PG.

Douglas has a hip pointer. Given the circumstances Beverly played under control and made things happen. Solid job.

Thanks. Hope its not serious, but I'm comfortable with Beverly as the backup.

Coach knows what he's doing when it comes to Lin. I think he should play around 25 mins a game, we need TD and Beverly in there because they bring a difference pace to the offense. Maybe not an offense we need the entire game but theres a change you can see in the offense when Lin is out, not saying its worse or better but it changes it up some. which is what we need.

Hope TD will be alright. Same with Lin, those hard fouls plus him limping are not something good to see.

In before this type of post

"Just wish that harden wouldn't hold the ball and iso so much, he needs to try to get his teammates involved. I mean only 3 of his teammates got into double digits...whats up with that? Too much iso not enough Lin running the show."

Seriously though, don't think there is much to complain about in this one. Great game from all the starters and the bench played really well. Love how lin is starting to find some range, his jumper has been impressive lately. Really hope people will start putting to rest this notion that harden is a ball hog, such a willing and gifted passer. Great to watch.

I meant after we get that 2nd superstar and become a championship contender team, that's his role. Currently, I agree he needs to be consistently a 2nd option on offense, but his potential and athleticism will never allow him to be that on a championship caliber team.

Every single player is a role player...you play a role on the team...whether you are the 1st option i.e. superstar or on the bench.

Great game by Rockets! They one despite some of the most one sided officiating I've seen in a long time.
