People really need to get this part. They are not making the play in lol. Not this year, maybe next with more internal improvement and vet signing or two...

But they are just a inconsistent team filled with 20 year olds. This is expected some nights.

They are still good enough to probably have their lotto odds at like 5-10, maybe they get lucky though in the lotto.

 

Only 3 from 29 3 Point Attempts... You cant win with so bad shooting!

Interesting that Al P was playing only 21 Minutes in game where the 3 Pointers dont go in. Interesting strategie Silas xD

 

In what world with a quarter of the game left do u go to a TyTy Nix backcourt? Seriously?

like it’s good for the tank, but…at least find a way to lose with some dignity

 

Other than the usual CF village idiots who proclaimed earlier in the season that they expected a win total of 35+ (the same people who thought CWood was worth 2 first round picks or KPJ worth a max), nobody here expects the Rockets to be good this season. I personally want that top 5 pick so I'm not pissed at the losses.

I'm pissed that we have a certain player (KPJ) who gets away with so much sh**... bone-head turnover after turnover, no effort on defense, no rotation on defense, being out of position, taking ill-advised shots, blaming others for miscues, giving up on plays and just trotting back in transition...can't name a single thing that this idiot does that is worthy of an NBA roster spot. This happens so often in every single game, and yet not a single word with this idiot on the bench, not a single minute of coaching him up or yanking him when he does dumb ****... instead he's treated with kid-gloves and is enabled with a LEADERSHIP role??? What message does that give to our younger players who actually have been giving full-effort, instead of the half-assed effort like KPJ?

KPJ is the literal definition of a cancer. He's an aggressive, malignant cancer and I'm frustrated that the team is just ignoring this obvious problem and letting it spread to all the other younger players. No team with actual common sense can think having a player like KPJ around 19-20 year old blue-chip prospects would be good for their development. All this tanking the past 2-3 years will have meant **** if we just let this malcontent's development take priority over our top prospects. No other organization in the world would prioritize the development of a player who would've been out of the league 3 years ago (and still should be out of the league, if we're being honest) over top 3 picks, and near lottery picks. Nobody here is pining for wins... but the level of incompetency by this organization right now to let this cancer of a player just take over... it really is peak level frustration.

 

As long as Stone keeps KPJ in this team… expect a massive failure.

 

No reason to be upset, you are not going to win games making only 3 threes against a veteran team when you have only one center capable of guarding their big man and that is one who has zero mobility.

Again I did not like our defensive strategy. Either stay home on their 3pt shooters or double Nurkic hard, this in between **** was not working. That’s my only gripe with this game.

Individually I was unimpressed w/ our PG play again, only TyTy might be able to. All our guys were hesitant to shoot threes at some point, that was kind of odd but it’s okay. Moving on to the next one.

Yep, noticed this too. Sengun in the doghouse because of Jokic's comments. Ever since those comments the coaching staff decided to permanently make Sengun a glorified perimeter screen setter.
