    SERIOUSLY!

    THAT OLD DIRTY b*stard VC HACKED HIM ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHILE SHOOTING IN THE FOURTH AND OT WITH NO CALL.

    I had not seen Josh Smith play since his Detroit move, but after hearing a few certain posters (ahem) repeatedly talking about his "declining athleticism" over and over and over and over I was expecting to see a shell of the player I remembered from his Hawks days...

    Not...

    Don't get why some people did not want to sign him. Low risk high reward.

    Good game.. But does anyone think he's gonna be putting up around20 shots a game?
    That's not good considering Dwight might be getting less touches. And we all know Dwight wants his

    You wanted Dwight to take 21 shots because i don't. Dwight will take more touches vs Spurs and Smith is a great passer.

    Didn't see it as shots fire, I thought it was a classy thing to say.

    I thought the no call on VC at the end of the game should have been a flagrant foul since VC actually slammed JSmith to the ground after the rebound had been secured.

    I am so excited, Josh totally proved me wrong! He still has springs in his legs. His versatility created a lot of mismatch problems. They couldn't guard him. He did what the coach wanted him to do, and he was brilliant in the clutch. This is the template that he should be following.

    Taking a few jumpers is ok, although the temptation to take a lot of them will be there.

    I think James, and Dwight will keep on encouraging him to play the right way, and McHale will help him a lot off court.

    Go Josh! Go Houston Rockets!

    Jason Terry must feel like God is looking out for him to be this old and to be on this stacked of a team bursting with Youth and Talent now ready to legitimately compete for.a championship. He came on board with Howard and Harden but then we add Brewer and Smith....

    The Jet = :grin::grin::grin:

    Rokman = :grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

    I'd say we got lucky that a foul wasn't called on Carter at the end.

    He was obviously fouled.

    Lots of these posters haven't watched him this year.

    But it sounds to me like he was a disinterest player in Detroit.

    On his dunk, he was still rising when he dunked it. Incredible athletic ability.

    Josh Smith fits in perfect. Gave everything rockets asked

    Josh smith fit like a glove in houston. He's back to his normal position took only about three jumpers and did everything houston wanted him to do. He rebounded, blocked, passes and played good defense. Plus some in the paint scoring. Also even though Howard had a off night offensively when smith and Howard were on the floor at the end if the game the paint just looked plain scarey. Plus it's no secret josh smith of the second best rebounder on the team. These are things dmo just can't give you. I always knew smith would work out here. He likes to run and he can kick it out to the open three point shooter. He's gonna for great here Aslong as he keeps his jumpers down. I can't stop talking about the smith howard combo it works so good for defense and now we actually have depth

    In the last minute or so of the game, Smith had two offensive rebounds, a blocked shot, and a driving lay up on Carter.

    I'm just taken aback by how much better our time is than last year's.

    Even if we did completely fail in the offseason with the Bosh deal, losing Asik, losing Lin (although that was a win LOL), this team is far stronger and more consistent than last year's.
