    "Set your lineup properly. This doesn't mean just logging on from your miniature floating glacier and making sure you don't have any injured players in there (though that is important too). It also means that you don't leave lackluster, ineffective players on your starting roster just because you're too lazy to hit the waiver wire and find someone better. The best leagues are the ones in which you aren't guaranteed to get the hot waiver wire pickup because so many other owners are paying attention. And the worst leagues are the ones in which people leave the likes of Morris Peterson in their lineup for weeks at a time or happen to luck into the Charlotte edition of Boris Diaw because they drafted him and weren't proactive enough to drop him when he wasn't getting enough playing time with Phoenix early in the year."

    Boris rocks. I'm so happy he's in a starting situation now. All he needed was minutes.

    Another guy in a sort of similar situation on my roster is Charlie Villanueva. When he gets the minutes, he's a stud. But for some reason, the coach doesn't seem to like him, so his playing time is sporadic at best. I'll never drop him, though, because if he gets traded and starts full time, or if Mbah a Moute goes down, he'll be pure gold.

    It looks as though you picked up Lowry and dropped Collins. It's not actually recorded on the site...so making an assumption. Collins isn't on your roster, but not available as an FA either.

    Anyhow, if my assumption is correct, I want to pick up Collins...I'll drop Noah. Thanks.

    Done. It must not show the transaction if I do the add/drop within the admin menu because the transaction to add Collins/drop Noah isn't showing up either.

    I knew going into this week that there would be a large possibility for my first loss. Without Randolph, your team is just as strong as mine. Plus, luckily for you, both Howard and Durant only play twice this week, while Kobe and Jefferson play four times. It's the perfect storm of events to result in a win for you.

    But having said that, being down by only 47 after a night where your squad played one more game than mine, and when Amare was completely shut down by the Celtics D, well... that's not bad at all.

    yeah, without the extra games, I'd have little chance and even less of a chance if Randolph were healthy. still, there is still a whole lot of hoops to be played.

    I wrote this one off as a loss before it even started, but it has been a lot closer than I expected. You are up by 19 points and you have a 1 game advantage going into this weekend (with games to come from Kobe and Jefferson) so it does still look very good for you, but there is still a very small chance of my guys rallying to pull off the shorthanded upset.

    I will need a huge game by Howard today to have any chance.

    Modesty doesn't earn you any extra points ;) I was nervous on Monday! Suprisingly, both of our teams (actually almost the entire league) have vastly underperformed this week.

    I think you have this one well in hand. Durant has played out of his mind in his 2 games and my one game advantage doesn't mean jack when Jack and James are sucking hind tit.

    Good luck. Hopefully we'll meet again in the playoffs.

    C'mon now. Jack and James pretty much negate that one game advantage. I'm still holding out hope they can put it together for at least one game this week.
