    We're coming down the home stretch of the season folks. It's been a LONG while since anyone has written a breakdown and I'm bored, so here goes...

    The only division winner at this point is The Rook in the Clyde Drexler division. Way to be competitive guys. :p

    In the T-Mac division, HoustonRockets4Life has a 3 game lead over Buddhaboy's Ballers, but are also getting whipped by them the Ballers this week. The Ballers are going to have to put it all together in these final weeks if they hope to move on to the playoffs.

    The Capitol City Pimps are leading the Hakeem Olajuwon division by 4 games over the Darkhorses, with 4 weeks left. The Pimps are limping along with all their injuries while holding onto a slim lead in the current matchup with Behad's Parolees and look like they could lose this one. However the Pimps currently hold the tie breaker by points.

    The Yao Ming division is wide open with the Draft Dodgers, PSJ and krxsnoopy in a virtual tie (tie breakers withstanding) and fadeaway's Harmless Kittens are right there too, just 1 game back.

    Wow my season went to pot when I got busy a couple of months ago.

    Probably not much I could have done about it, but that kind of sucks.

    That means this is a must win game for my team to keep its playoff hopes alive. I need LBJ to give me a couple more 50 pt games :eek:

    Well, I got beat fair and square this week. Nothing I did would have changed anything. Looks like my playoff dreams come to an end.

    Playoff start in 2 weeks. So far it looks like it will come down to these matchips:

    HoustonRockets4Life
    vs
    PSJ or krxsnoopy

    Capitol City Pimps
    vs
    Rook

    Playoffs will consist of 1 semi-final week and 2 final weeks.

    It looks like the playoffs are set after PSJ sealed the deal with his win last week. The semi-final round matchups begin next week as follows:

    FYI, I am negating Shag's transactions last week since his team is not in the playoffs and therefore should not be picking up/dropping players.

    Wow I have to admit this was the most ridiculous playoffs I have been a part of.

    First I lose Yao, and if that is not bad enough...........now the Pistons have decided to rest all their starters for the playoffs (2 of which are my best players).......go figure. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

    That was an easy elimination..............

    That has always been the tough part about our playoffs. I've been burned a number of times by the "playoff DNP". Maybe we should bump it back a week next year.

    I am also a bit disappointed in the lack of activity. This was the first year we didn't have any trades/trade proposals (by someone other than me). Maybe we should go to 20 teams and increase the IR players to 2.

    Thoughts?

    The championship game starts today between the Capitol City Pimps and HoustonRockets4Life. The game runs through the end of the official NBA season.

    I'm going to get creamed...

    Man I had a Rockets like year. Really ****ty start after I thought i had a good team. Then I got healthy and went on a nice streak, then injuries hit me and I could not get back to where I was.

    Stupid Bosh. I very much regret taking him when I had many other options.

    Everyone else was pretty consistent. I just didn't have that stat sheet filler.

    Always next year.

    Caron Butler and Darius Songaila collided during practice Tuesday and sustained what the team hopes are minor injuries.
    Butler is day-to-day with a bruised right knee and Songaila is day-to-day with a mild left ankle sprain. X-rays on Butler's knee were negative (meaning no serious damage) but he was said to be walking with a noticeable limp after practice. Eddie Jordan said he hopes both players to go against the Celtics on Wednesday."

    My slim hopes of winning might be flushed down the toilet before the first game is even tipped off. :(

    Week 25 lineups aren't showing for some reason. I've emailed support.

    What happened? I thought our matchup was the last one. Why is it starting over a new week? Are we suppose to play Week 25?

    It runs through Wednesday. Apparently they automatically combine week 24 and (the last 3 days of week) 25. However they did not update the lineups.
