Artest will probably never make a single post. He has other things to do than just check out this forum (sorry guys). And if he posted he would probably never reveil his identity because people could start sending lots of things to him and start harassing him. Furthermore, a sophisticated hacker could get his password and maybe he has the same password than for other important accounts. As of the "test thread" that was created. When I first read the news about Ron checking out the forum I was sure that people would create new accounts just to pass themselves for him. And who in the hell creates a thread with just: "Test.", "Yo." If Ron really had to create his first thread I would assume it would be a bit longer and that he would say something about him a la Gilbert Arenas, and not just let the mystery on him. I'm also probably sure he will not be a contributing member on this board. Anyways, he might be reading, but I doubt he's suscribing...
I think he is a member, Carmichael Dave said he has signed up, that's enough proof for me. New members can't start threads either, unless they are bumped up to Members and Contributing members. Seeing as the locked thread was his first post, I think it's possible it's him. WELCOME RON!

I've been silent because I wasn't sure what to say just yet, but here are the facts. "Artest Music" is the account name Ron has requested. I set it up, sent it to Carmichael Dave who relayed it to Ron. That is Ron's account, but it wasn't Ron posting. That was Dave, who was testing the account before Ron got it to make sure it worked. He might not have realized the impact the "test" post would have. I locked it to avoid confusion. So anyway, the bottom line is -- if Ron posts or doesn't post from here I don't know. However, that is the account name that he requested and he has the login info. If there is another post on that account, it will be from him. He'll also be asked to change the password to something only he knows.
and I for one welcome our Alien overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a trusted TV personality I can be useful in rounding up others to toil in their underground sugar caves.
Do y'all think Artest will actually respond to posts? Or will he just make threads for people to comment on (pretty much like Agent Zero's blog)?
Yeah, when Artest does decide to post on this board, will y'all try not to act like little giddy school girls like some of y'all did in the other thread.
