What a horrible day for me. I've missed a lot, good thing I had them all going out in the 2nd round anyway but still horrible
****, i just realized that i am the only person picking Duke to win it all. even though i am number 1 for now, if duke loses, my bracket is screwed. ****.
i am about to get my ass handed to me if wake forest blows this game against cleveland state. for some reason, i have wake in the final 4. my one non-#1 seed in the final four. no one else i've missed on is even in the sweet 16 in my brackets.
My bracket is falling apart. Tell me why I had Cleveland State going to the Sweet 16, and then changed it...
i'm only seeing the score at the top, but wake forest seemingly refuses to get a stop. every ****ing time they score cleveland state immediately gets 2 more points.
Will Siena ever capitalize when they get the Buckeyes down to a 2 point lead? I need Siena to win this game.
Did you get the Cleveland State game, or are you just rooting for them because you think Arizona has a better chance to win against Cleveland State? The Vikings are not just having a lucky game right now, I honestly would love to see what they can do against Arizona. Like I said, I wish I would have originally stuck to my guns and kept them in the Sweet 16.
wake is atrocious. why did i go against my better judgement and take a chance on a final 4 team. i thought maybe they had potential after being #1 at one point but apparently not. all they do is give up wide open shots (they got within 6 and then gave up 2 wide open shots to go down 11) and are jacking up terrible shots of their own. also 16-5 on turnovers. edit: guess i should have never turned the game on and just hoped for the comeback. crazy shot by csu followed by breakaway layup after another turnover. 15 points and wake is done. i don't think i've ever even lost an elite 8 team in the first round, much less a final 4 team. is there any chance i picked louisville?
Anyone else think the NCAA kind of tells the refs to give more calls to the higher-rated seed? The last two games I've watched in this tournament, it seems like the higher-ranked seed has had the calls go their way. It seems like Ohio State is getting away with quite a few fouls down low. The center from Siena (Lassiter, I think?) is just getting thrown around, and the poor kid can't get a call to save his life. I think it was the Pitt game last night, it seemed like Pitt was getting all the calls as well. Something else I feel needs to be addressed: The intentional flipping over the shoulder of Blake Griffin. Could you imagine if that guy had seriously injured Blake Griffin? If so, I wouldn't have objected to charges being filed...That was flagrant, unsportsmanlike, and just a piss-poor sissy attitude.
