Joe Jackson was a turnover machine last year and the beginning of this year. He made bad decisions and was supplanted by Antonio Barton. It got so bad that JJ, it was rumored, that he was leaving Memphis. Tarik Black was foul prone and he couldn't even stay in the game. Will Barton came out with a purpose this year. He is a matchup nightmare for anybody. Adonis Thomas and the rest of the bench hasn't lived up to expectations for the most part, but are getting better. Thomas could be a wildcard. But people are going to be surprised by the tigers, if Pastner doesn't get outcoached.
Game over. Nice job Barnes, you ****ed up yet again. Couldn't draw up plays down the stretch. Barnes should recruit, that's the only thing he's good at. Need a new head coach.
Ugh, CF bracket took another hit with the Texas loss, but still perfect on ESPN. Got NC State in both. Hope they hold on here.
I was banking on Henson not being ready and if the Jays get hot, look out. Plus, in that bracket, I see a lot of week higher seeds: Kansas, Michigan, gtown. I don't think Michigan is THAT good. The 3 teams I like in that bracket are all playing each other: jays, bama and the tar heels.
