Depending on who gets picked, or if we deal the pick, the board is very apt to implode. That, or explode. Duck and cover!
LOL Detroit traded Wood to make room to sign Plumlee (and Grant) IIRC, trades down to dump him 1 year later.
I'm pulling for Mobley, but it looks like we're taking Green. That's fine, let's do it. If he can play D then he'll be great. If he can't play D, then we'll have to play team D to help cover. For 23 and 24 I want some of these players (and most may be long gone): Sengun, Garuba, J Johnson, K Jones, Jackson I like Dosunmu but he might be older than I'd like I don't love Sharife Cooper but he's mocked to us a bit and he can draw FTs better than anyone. Probably fine for pick 23 or 24. I don't want a PG or SG as I think we're stacked there. If we have to pick one, I'd prefer Hyland or Primo or Springer. I prefer younger across the board. If you're a senior, then I probably skip you outright. A junior? Maybe I'd consider it. As a UT fan, I can say that their basketball coach has sucked for years and their players do well in the NBA for the most part (especially bigs in the last few years, despite Bamba being a question mark). I think people are sleeping on Greg Brown, in that I think he's a late first round pick. I'd be fine with us taking him at 23 or 24. Some mocks have him in the 50s, I think that's way too low. Sims in the second round is a good value pick. K Jones could be worth a top 15-20 pick but it's a bit up in the air. He's definitely worth 23 or 24, IMHO, but he won't make it to us there.
