No, a huge gamble that can backfire in the worst possible way. There are reasons for him slipping in a bad years draft. They give up a cornerstone player and a draft pick in a better draft. If Noel only turns into a good player, that is a bad trade - he at least needs to turn into an all star for this deal to be labeled fair for the 76ers.
