OKC just raped Miami: Okc gets 19th+Cook for 2nd round pick. Cap space move for the Heat. Are they trying to have enough cap to sign 3 max players? Don't they understand that most of the MAX FA's will leave through S&T, and they are going NY style wasting all there "assets"... On the other hand, CDR for a future 2nd sounds questionable. Looks like a cap room move aswell. I think NJ is going to make a serious push for Chris Paul... There owner surely is a competitive dude, wouldn't be surprised.
I'm thinking this Henry kid would be perfect in our offense. His game is uniquely suited to the style of offense we run. There's been virtually no mention of him. I wonder if Morey is secretly targeting him with the 14th pick. I know we need a big more, but best player available will likely be Henry if he gets to #14. He'd add to our fire-power in our back court and provide insurance for K-Mart (who can't seem to shake the injury bug). I could also see Sanders as a dark-horse candidate if we move back.

With Daryl Morey at the helm, the NBA draft and trade deadline dates have become a lot more exciting for Rockets fans. You know Morey's gonna do something intriguing. Even if a draft day trade doesn't occur, you know Morey's going to draft a player that'll generate a lot of debate and discussion.

Here is my final guess on this: we will stay put at #14 and draft Whiteside or we will move up to #10 and draft Udoh. Moving up to #4 is not realistic (how often does it happen????).
