Pistons having a good draft (Monroe, White). I'd b pretty happy if the Rockets can get Mikhail Torrance somehow.

If he was really that good the Blazers wouldn't have let him go, not with Fernandez looking like he wants out. Webster is ordinary talent you could have gotten in a salary dump and not have to trade your pick. On top of that he's injury prone. He's a low production guy and expect him to drop off the radar in Minny. He'd fit in with the roster but he certainly won't win any games for them. For a rebuilding team getting a guy like webster doesn't make sense. Like I said they could have packaged Babbitt (or his pick) with one of their forwards for a much better wing player to pair with Wes and Flynn, or they could have traded them together for another top 5 pick like Cousins or Favors.

Rockets have someone in their sight and could make a move soon according to Jason.

Looks like 2nd round pick buying is no longer a priority given our depth.

That said, I do wish the Rockets would grab some foreign players for the future.

    Willie Warren is still available!

He was considered a lottery pick before the season..

I refuse to believe the King's won't trade Whiteside. They can't think their coach will be able to handle two rookies with red flags at the same time. They also have Jason Thompson and that other C waiting in the wings.

Draft has been on a downward spiral, in terms of interest for me, after the Patterson pick.

Why would they want Cousins or Favors when they already have a logjam at that position? Webster fills a need at shooting guard. Also, since when does a top defensive player in the league not make a difference between a win and a loss?

Played against him in high school. Never thought that he would be good enough to get drafted. Guess I was wrong

Come on. Cousins may be a red flag in terms of being a top pick, but the guy is solid. And the Kings currently have no center. They have players listed as center, but none that are "true centers". So in that sense, Whiteside does fill a need.

Don't forget they just got Dalembert. Whiteside could be trade bait.

For instance, Kobe Bryant and the Lakers were 0-2 against Portland this year. Wanna know why?

    Kobe Bryant - 14-37 32 points
    - 8-23 20 points

Yeah... Webster doesn't make a difference...

Dalembert is a center not a forward.
