    Yao is just having a tough off night. His free throw is off too.

    Double tech on both teams. It is fair.

    Randy Brown is a poser...

    ...he always tries to hold players because
    he can't play any other way...

    SF = All-star

    RB = Jordan's beyatch!

    I told my wife in the second quarter that if the refs continued to call the game like they were, there was going to end up being a fight. This was poor officiating ALL NIGHT. Missed calls. Blown calls. In the NBA, if the refs do not take control of a game early, crap like that will happen.

    Steve should know better, but I could feel that one coming.

    What is obvious is that you don't like Steve so just save it. The guy had a brilliant game tonight and did everything everyone on this BBS has asked for. He scored when needed. He had 8 assists, only turned the ball over twice and played good, solid, MATURE basketball.

    This was a dumb mistake, but it was probably the only one of the night.

    Theoretically we should be able to pull this one out.

    Steve will probably be suspended for the Laker game now.

    This game's a lock. EXCELLENT WIN

    Anyone else pick up on the "minute" distribution? Amazing how PHX has absolutely no bench. Totaly reliance on starters. Meanwhile, SF is our IRON MAN. Cat was just awesome and Posey is so scrappy. Our team is looking better and better every week.

    As for PHX, tonite helped highlight for me what they're sorely lacking. PHX seriously lacks 1. A BENCH and 2. A FOURTH SCORER.

    YM just had an off-nite. I think the athleticism of Amare and Marion (i.e. HIGH JUMPERS) spooked him a little. Esp after he got blocked early in the game. Otherwise, I think he picked his spots well, YM just needs to slow down his motion and not rush his shots. Jumping Jack defenders probably stirred up his anxiety. But one thing Yao has got to do is to keep the ball HIGH. Don't bring the ball down off rebounds ala Charles Smith (UGH) :p

    Meanwhile, you gotta love the stat line on SF. His game is changing folks. STEVIE IS BECOMING THE COMPLETE PLAYER... ala Gary Payton. He'd played really smart tonite. Loved how he just took over late in the game. My guess is that we had over four people in double digit scoring tonight. Just one of those great nites where everybody contributed.

    BRING ON THE LAKERS!!!!!!!!!

    :D :D :D

    Not happy that Yao didn't step up his game today against Stoudamire. He needs to get more aggressive earlier in each game and start to take things more personally!!

    I like the fact that he resets the play when
    the first one breaks down.

    In the past, he would force a shot.

    i will be pissed off if rudy puts rice back in the starting line-up when he comes off the IR list. posey is defending and balling 20 times better than rice.
