I hope Rudy T put Yao on Duncan and Mobley on Parker. Cuz Griffin/Taylor cannot defend Duncan. Francis isn't going to defend Parker either. Let PF front Robinson. He is not going to post up anyway.

For those that don't get NBA TV, this game is also on Telemundo.

 

The Rockets have a chance if Stevie is back to his normal self.

Actually If stevie can score 20+ and dish 9asists. its a win. otherwise it's a lose. We cant have him go 1-13 from the field. GO ROCKS....GO STEVIE. YAO....take out the TWIN TOWERS!!!

 

I think Yao on Duncan would be suicide for Yao. Duncan is too quick for Yao.

 

I second that, Yao would not beable to stay with TIm. Tim is very fast.

 

Then you really aren't a Rockets fan. So stop claiming you love this team.

by the way, for those who can not watch NBA.com TV, this game is gona televised on spanish TV nationwide, just go to NBA.com and check out the schedule. also, Parker was on fire yesterday while duncan in foul trouble. 19 points first quarter! Francis gona get having trouble just to keep up parker's speed. i think the only way for rockets to win is to play Hawking a lot and pass down to Yao and hope he will convert/ Yao always perform better aginst better chanllenge. but then it is Francis and mobely's job to keep getting Yao invloved.

 

Once again, I am going to miss this game thanks to the questionable programming habbits out here in College Station. Apparantly this game was going to be on FSSW, but looking at the T.V. guide channel, I see that I am going to be watching college basketball. I'm so sure that the people of College Station, who live no more than 2 hours away from Houston, would rather watch the monumental clash between Arizona State and Cal instead of the Rockets. This happened all last year as well. I'd sit down ready to watch the Rox play on FSSW but instead I get treated to a Stars game. I like Hockey, but I'd rathar watch basketball. You know what's even worse, often times, instead of showing the game, they would show "You Gotta See This" back to back to back to back, etc.

 

Does anyone have a radio link?

Point Guard defence is very poor!

 

Mobley and Rice miss two wide open threes in a row which lead to loose ball fouls on our big men or fast breaks for the Spurs. This is the BIGGEST problem with this team. They cannot shoot worth a ****. Rudy's philosophy of sacrificing offense for defense does not work in the west. It could work in the east because just about every team has no offense, but it's not the same in the west.

 

what is the Rockets game plan? give the ball to yao and the other players go to the opposite side and be the spectators, the same goes for Steve and Cat. No wonder our 3 best players look bad most of the time.

 

What the hell has happened to the Rockets defense?! Wasn't this a top 5 defensive team earlier in the season? Jesus, at least put a hand in their face! You're not gonna win many games in this league if you're consistently giving up 70+% shooting in the first half.
