Holy crap this is awful. Larry smith is a moron that's all I can say about that. I can't believe he benched yao for so long and kept rice out. Jesus, rudy came back soon.

With coaching like this it won't surprised me if Rox go 0-5 on this trip.

Steve Francis is having a great game and should get his stats. Lets all cheer for Steve!!!! Same old Game Dribble Mania featuring the 'Mobes and Franchise Show'= Death to Rockets. Besides the Guards we need to get rid of our assistant Coaches as well!!

Larry must be worrying about Rudy the whole game.

SO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MORICE GETS DEAD?

    We needed Rudy.....

Steve just totally forgot everything..in the first half....he had like 7 assists.

Yeah...he has like 22 points........but no more assists.

Their crappy guys are beating us.

    Their team is much smarter.

The best players aren't producing. Yao is getting posterized and fouling people, Cat and Mo T are missing everything, Steve is turning the ball over waaay too much, Rice hasn't hit a thing because he hasn't gotten open, and all of the above have yet to play decent defense. That is why we are losing, not because of coaching.

HAHA Yao got yanked by the coach.

LOL YAO gets to play for a whole 1 minute in the fourth quarter!!!

I guess all the rockets need him for is fouls.

This is the worst excuse for coaching I have ever seen. Larry Smith should be coaching in the YMCA not the NBA. Why is Moochie getting so many minutes at the end of the game and where was Yao? When we're having problems scoring isn't it obvious we need Yao in the game? We give him the ball, he dishes, and at least we get an open look. Also the Rockets defense was just horrible late into the game. No intensity and they allowed the Sonics tons of second chances and turned the ball over like none other. Man this is a frustrating team to watch.

imagine that, as soon as rice comes in he scores 5 points.

I wonder what genius on the sideline made that call to put him in? Marvelous!

At least the Rockets aren't rolling over and saying die. Quick 8 points from a 14 deficit brought us within six with 2 minutes to go.

Lots of people have critisized Rudy, but this Larry Smith is
much worse than Rudy, look at his substitutions, letting Rice
    sit aside... Man, sloppy game.

GLEN RICE PLAYED ABOUT 12 MIN TONIGHT??????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME. AND WHEN HE WAS PUT IN THE GAME HE WAS PLAYING PF. TERRIBLE COACHING LARRY SMITH. HES BEEN THE HOTTEST PLAYER ON THE TEAM AND HE GETS SHOT THE WHOLE NIGHT. IT SEEMS LIEK THE ONLY WAY THIS TEAM CAN WIN ON THE ROAD IS IF WE ARE HITTING 60% OF OUR SHOTS. STEVE AND CUTTINO ARE FORCED TO PLAY 45 MIN A GAME EACH B/C THE COACHES DONT KNOW HOW TO ROTATE. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE FAST FOR THE ROCKETS EVER TO BE A GOOD TEAM

still not much action involving Yao, but just two key treys by Rice & Mobley! Rice made like a 5-point play in just 20 seconds!
