I question Rudy's decision, yes. I agree with that. Its just irritating to see the same ISO plays and same people doing it over and over again for last 2-3 years. Why cant Rudy run some set plays like other teams? He only knows 2 things from what I have seen so far; dump it to big man OR run high pick and roll. Otherwise we go to ISO. Thats professinal basketball?/ I have seen college teams run better plays than this! And I cant belive I wasted league pass to see Rocket games. What a waste.

And he was fouled on that one and got no call. His arm was hooked, otherwise he would slammed it home.

Okay Z, I can see you questioning some of Rudy's strategy, but this is a guy who has won two championships for our team, so let's not call him an idiot. I think sometimes what happens is the players don't exactly execute as planned and things appear different from the play called. Rudy makes mistakes, but less than you or I would and I think that is all that mania is getting at so lets all be friends.

Let's watch Rudy win this one together!

I do not believe Rudy originally called for Kenny to go one on one. I believe the play broke down and with the shot clock running down, Kenny took matters into his own hands. I agree, not a very good play, but I think these types of plays will go by the wayside when the Rockets gain experience and gel as a team.

Crunch time now guy, and oh my god Mooch just hit another jumper!

Shall i remind you that when Rockets won the championships, they had someone named Hakeem who no one in the league could stop one on one? Rudy knew this, which was obvious and he exploited this to the max. Rockets ran the same play every single time down the floor. Dump the ball to Hakeem and part the 3 point shooters. If you dont belive me, go watch the tapes of those games. DO you know what his game plan would be when he would sit Hakeem on bench for 3-4 mins? Run high pick and roll with Kenny Smith and Otis Thorpe/RObert Horry. Suprise, surprise! ANdhow does he change his game plan once he gets Drexler and Barkley? You guessed it! Run ISO and dump th eball in the post. No moving offense ever from Rudy.

Hey Z, you are the man, Rudy and I are idiots, and that's that.

I am glad you pointed that out tonight. For a minute there I thought I was the cool one and you were the complete toolbag. Just goes to show, you can be wrong sometimes....

Great Win!!! Sonics were totally dominated by our inside players.
Yao did not score that much. Boy, He had made some differences out there on the court.

Yao had a good game on the defensive side and distributed the ball well. Tonight is the season break out game for Mooch. KT, put some of his play decisions aside, had a good game too. Nothing more to add about Steve, he’s the man. Hawk, the “CUFF ON THE GLOVE”.

    Finally, The Rockets Have Realized...

They have finally realized, rather than just staying out on the perimeter and waiting for things to happen, its better to throw it down into the post first. When this happened, our passes were much crisper, we swung the ball much better and more people were able to touch the ball. SWEET BASKETBALL ROCKETS!!! Alright, a game like this really gets you going...
