Franchise has got his own part of chocolate,a feeling of a win!
Fans are losing confidence although a win came at road!cause we cann't know what and how rockets will do next game, neither will players ! rockets, perhaps a white elephant at least now!
I can imagine the futere ,but the fact is that they are nothing now!

I hope they keep playing as well as they did tonight. Even if they don't make playoffs.:)

Yes, we played well tonight. Yet I do not want to undercut our good performance, we played against a badly injured Flyer. Iverson played with an injured knee and Van Horne did not play with his injury.

Well, it is still a good game after all.

I just watched Sportscentre tonight, gosh, it seems Allen Iverson was missing shots left right and middle !!

Looks like we decided to "do" instead of "die". Awesome comeback win. POSEY was HUGE and the defense was world class.

My wife was laughing at me when I picked up my Double Clutch video and started rubbing it for good luck, while wearing my Rockets shirt and sitting in my lucky spot. :)

my only complaint : our fast break stinks....

what a joke. sportscenter made iverson look ridiculous.

i guess "the answer" is to quit shooting the ball.

Honestly, I think the 76ers let us win the game...

Honestly, I think the 76ers let us win the game...

well maybe not the 76ers as a team, but i really do think allen iverson let us win this game...since allen is good friends with cuttino and steve, and since his team has a clinched playoff spot, i think allen played poorly (4-23 FG, how often do we see that) on purpose to let the rockets get an important win for the 8th playoff spot...tomorrow's game against the 7th seed orlando magic will be a different story...don't get me wrong, i hope we kill the magic, but they're not going to hand us the game like allan iverson did...

    How could you say that?

I think Iverson had a rough night and even if Allen isn't making his shots, its a team game. The Sixers lost...... not just only Iverson. The Rockets had great defense and it was mostly hustle and focus.;)

Even if Iverson didn't play his hardest, a WIN is a WIN.

We need to focus on our next game. Take one game at a time.

and he is still trying to make the olympic team. going 4-23 isnt a good way to show that you desearve it.

also- he would have at least scored more than 8 points so his streak of double digit scoring wouldnt end.

can we just give credit to our defence? especially cat!

    WOW what a fun game

I was there folks, and even though I was rooting for the away team, it was really fun rooting the Rox onto victory.

Atmosphere wise, the Rox run in the 3rd and early 4th quarters pretty much sucked the life out of the 76er fans. I was surprised the fans weren't more supportive as it didn't seem anywhere near as noisy as some 76er games I've seen. Even the chant of "defense" by hometown fans was rather weak.

But the Francis dunk was incredible. He was muscling up layups all night in traffic. The beat the buzzer 3 at the end of the 1st also had Francis all giddy. That was so funny to see as he hopped back to the bench. Despite his turnovers, I have to say, it's kinda entertaining watching Francis dribble when he's sitting on the floor. It's like that old Nike commercial. On at least one or even two occasions, Francis was caught slipping or trapped on the floor and he just dribbled his way out.

There was a lot of team loving. Lots of pats on the back, lots of hugs, lots of picking each other up from the floor. Rox were flying everywhere into the stands, diving for loose balls and saving potential change in possession balls. All that was simply great to see, as finally, they're playing with a sense of urgency.

Yao did some rather unorthodox things too. On one rebound, he tried grabbing it with one hand. I don't know if his other arm was getting mugged by an opposing player but Yao was fighting hard for rebounds which is a plus. He's ripping it down and shaking people off. The other interesting play was this one handed, full swing, jai aili half court pass he made to Francis. I don't know if this was intentional, as he came up a bit short and was hit on the play. But it's clear they're doing they're trying to work the "long outlets" whenever possible for cheap points.

Lastly, Coach Mean is a pretty big guy. I can see why he got this moniker, "mean." His build is comparable to Charles Barkley.

    :D

And that's exactly what's going to make this team great in the future. These guys already got the love, they just need to build the chemistry.
