This is the only fun moment of the entire game. Yao throw it down! Throw it down!

Oh, and the Francis pass to Yao with 10 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Well, it is only 47 minutes 50 seconds too late.

Does anyone in the Rockets other than Yao know what a SCREEN is? Yao set up numerous nice screens for guards and get wide open and never get the ball back. Guards never looked at Yao's direction. When they did pass Yao the ball, he is completely guarded by his defender, plus the double team, is left alone to make a shot. Why nobody care to set a simple freaking screen for him when is alone is the post to get a simple freaking open jumber?

Yao found an excuse for his free throw slump. :) The middle finger of his right hand was hurt. Cannot point the finguer straight. He is a good kid, pointing finger is not polite. Well, stop making excuses!!!

According to him: he himself did not 'get it'. francis and mobley did not 'get it'. He is not comfortable when he don't get enough touches. (He said it with a calm tone, but I think what he really wanted to say was: fuuck those iso's! Rudy knows **** about using a center. I should be the damn core of a winning team... Ok, now I am putting words in his mouth...) He is going to do something to 'get it'. I think he will hog the ball the rest of the season, hah!!

Trade Yao Ming. That's the best solution. The rockets can continue their no passing only shooting style more comfortably without Yao. Also Yao will be fully utilized in a team knowing how to share the ball. Yao fan can move to another team's forum. This forum will restore its order. It's good for everybody. :D

there's a lot of inside information in Yao's post game interview by this Yang dude. i think it deserves its own thread and it'd be great if someone can help translate the whole article.

 Wow. I hope this interview doesn't go out to the US press. He said some inside stuff which well he shouldn't have said IMHO.

    carayip,

Yao wouldn't say things like that. We all know he is better than that. The guy that posted that was just expressing his feeling using Yao as a mediator.

No, that was not what Yao said.

Yao was describing the major problem with Rocket now. He said the team does not know how to play together. In a game if they feel their perimeter game is stronger than that of the opponent, they should focus on the perimeter game and the low post players should collaborate with the perimeter players when the opponent is dragged outside by their perimeter players. In another game, when they feel their low post is better than the opponent, they should focus on their low post game with the perimeter players to work on the same pace with the low post players who pulled the opponent defence inside.

Yet right now, on the one hand their perimeter players has not yet adjusted to Yao's style; one the other, Yao himself is so used to distribute the ball in every play in his Chinese team, he has not adjusted how to play without the touch either.

(I thinnk he implied their plays are all solo plays without team work because they haven't adjusted to each other's styles.)

In the interview, the report actually said the leader of the team is Franchise, who appears to be very easy going with the teammates. Yao seems to agree with that; but Yao think the problem is a mental element. He thought the player who should take the leadership is Glen Rice because he is experienced, knowledgeable, and analytical; but too bad, he does not move very often now.

    :)

The guys are so anxious that they are faltering on almost everything. There is no execution on offense, ball movement and cutting is very poor and subsequently the defense breaks down very quickly.
Glen Rice is very inconsistant but he needs to get more than 1-2 shots.Francis is doing so poorly right now that I wouldn't be surprised to see Moochie doing a little better than him.
Unfortunately nothing seems to be working right now and there are no easy solutions.

Alright, jackass. I don't know how you gathered all that from my question.

Anyways, people, what I meant was:
Does anyone ever post a picture that doesn't have Ming in it?

Whatever, sweet mother of god, none of that was really supposed to mean anything. Just an observation.

Just caaalm down... I'd swear people now are finding even the most nonsensical way to try to bash people other than Yao or fans who don't worship Yao as Master of the Universe the way you do.
