Anyone watch the game on NBA TV? The commentators were railing on the Rox for how dumb and selfish they play. I am getting so frickin tired of how everyone else can see out shortcomings.

Eddie for Jefferson and Collins!!! Unbelievable...Collins himself is much better than Griffin at this point.

 

LOL you morons. If you have been around longer you'd know I've been one of the most bitter Houston Rockets fan for the past few months because of how idiotic they play and how they misuse Yao Ming. At this point the only reason why I want Houston to miss the playoffs is because I feel as an UN-BIASED FAN that they don't deserve it, and it would be better for them in the long-run if they miss it for a FOURTH STRAIGHT YEAR. Maybe then will they put a presentable basketball team on the floor for their fans.

By the way, what exactly happened to Mobley and MoT? I've only skimmed the board a little bit, but all I've found on the topic is posts talking about them not playing, but not explanations. Does anyone know why exactly they didn't play?

We all know Trickdaddy1391 is a Yao-basher. The Nets were shooting 3s that either went in or resulted in long rebounds, that'w why.

Does anyone know for sure how many rebounds Yao have in this game?

In the houston chronicle and several other web sites they said Yao have 8 rebounds. However, in Cluthc's box score it's 2 rebounds.

 

well, DUH!!!

the answer for yao's two rebounds is blatantly obvious. the eight extra offensive rebounds were missing from cuttino's bricks.

 

The question that I have:

Why does EG continue to get minutes over Mo Taylor, when the latter is clearly better?

 

Does any one have a problem with Larry Smith's sub pattern?

He benched Yao when we're only 6 down and Yao's on fire. He put Yao back in when the game is out of reach.

Which sub is dumber?

 

This game shows how horrible the Rocket's defense. Tell me which Rockets can play defense. NONE! The Nets are burning the Rockets with their crisp passing.

Eddie Griffin's shot is the ugliest I ever seen. Did u see one of his free throw attempts? It almost an airball. I'm seriously thinking of trying to start MoT or Cato instead of EG. I have no confidence in him.

 

There is no way we should be in the playoffs...

There is no consistency in play and we just look like were running around with no idea what were doing...

For all the people who think that Yao's lack of rebounding didn't affect the game, here are two stats.

Nets 45% shooting percentage,

How does a team only shooting 45% blow out another.

Nets 21 offensive rebounds. Offensive rebounds lead to second chance points.

Has anyone seen the Yao injury reported anywhere but here and the Jersey press release? NBA.com, ESPN.com nor SportingNews.com have mentioned it.

 

I hope the Yao injury report is a April fool's joke.

 

no one else has reported the injury to yao. i think clutch got us guys. at least he got me for about an hour while i scrambled to check out other websites and tv news. ha ha.

The Nets were ready and came out to pay back for the last loss.
The whole Rocket team was not. We were very slow to the ball.
Pretty much everyone on our team got the rebound that bounced right to him and not a lot of anything else.
