Stevie and Mobley need to get it together. Mobley personally handed Dallas about 20 points today. If it wasn't for his dumbass turnover, it was his jacked up shots. And I guess Rudy just figured Yao is not shooting well, so let's not let him play. You would think he would have learned in SA...

Mobely needs to stop dribbling behind his back. I'm sick of his ass turning the ball over.

Steve needs to stop jumping in mid air with nowhere to go.

I got a problem with Nash, too. He's becoming like another Stockton, flopping and elbowing.

I guarantee you if the Rockets don't make the playoffs(it's looking slimmer) Rudy will get canned.

You know...the problem with disabling edit is that when people do something stupid (like I just did), they simply make another post. Seems counter-productive, but what the hell do I know?

Anyway, I completely agree with you, Grizzled. Except I think Mobley is a better defender (at least recently) than we give him credit for.

By the way....did you ever get my e-mail?

Hi guys, if anybody can answer me or have some good analysis on this, I will really appreciate.

Who should we blame for our so many like ~30 turnovers and
    so few assists?
Is it that our coach don't have a good plan?
Is it that our guards just careless?
    Is it that our ISO?
Is it that Mavs really play well on defense?
Is it that our team is really young and not experienced?

So it's OK to lose by 20 points to good teams, what about when we lose to the ****ty teams? I guess we won't win at all. Plus, Mavs didn't beat us. Mobley and Francis did. Rudy did. Besides, why do we have to settle for losing because they are Dallas when they lost three in a row to similiar level teams?

If a player dribble the ball every time for 10 secs or more and go against 1 on 3 to press the shot clock, your chances of turn-over will be higher.

OK. I don't know why Rudy gave up.

We got it down to 12...then we just put in the garbage players. We could have at least tried. Not like......hmm....yesterday.

All young teams have ups and downs. I'm not gonna assign blame or get my shorts in a knot over two games.

This team is still farther along than I expected them to be midway through the season.

The loss is okay. But the way we played is sickening.

Do they even know what BALL MOVEMENT is?

Yes I did, and I sent you a couple back. It would seem that I didn’t use the right address? Send me your email address again and I’ll send them to you again.

I think we're missing Glen Rice more than we realize. The man is a leader and a calming influence, he has been all season. I won't go as far as to say we'd've won either game, but I don't think we'd've fallen apart like we did.

I think also, the lack of muscle on our part made the difference in this game. Dallas is a big team and we didn't have the muscle to match them. With Eddie and Cato in the post, they don't penetrate as easy. Those guys take a lot of the pressure off Ming, who's obviously winded as all hell. It hurts not to have them out there.

As for you doom prophets and Rudy bashers, keep bringing it, you guys are cracking me up. 2 losses and its the end of the world? Who the hell do you think we are, the Kings? We weren't supposed to this good, this quick. We're ahead of the game, not behind.

For anyone who's been watching the games, its obvious Ming has been winded down to a non factor. We can't run the offense through him, he can't handle it, not now. Steve has done a fine job at the helm trying to keep us afloat. Mobley has improved so much. Griffin is showing signs of life. Posey is god. This is team is going to rule but before we do, we must be educated, and to be educated, we'll be taken to school over and over and over by those who've been there and done that.

Its frustrating to watch but growing pains are a part of every dynasty's evolution. What you folks need to do is ignore ESPN, ignore the trolls, ignore the naysayers, and have a little a patience.

It was a tough back to back game. Too many turnovers.

We have to start winning on the road. There is no way that the Rockets can get home court in the playoffs if they don't win on the road. I am not happy with the loss, but not extremely dissapointed. I think things will be ok once we get back home. A lot of road games left... they have to get it together fast.

I can't believe we have such traitorous morons for fans...it's shameful. All you frickin' do is look for the negatives, the negatives, and more negatives. If they screw up, "Oh, they suck! I don't like them! Trade Steve! Fire Rudy! Let Yao jack up some more fadeaway bricks!" And when they do well, like against the Lakers, "Wow! They're great! I love the Rockets! Steve and Cat are so good!"

Damn...shut up already. Either roll with the punches or get the hell out of the forums and stop calling yourself a fan. Because a true fan sticks by their team through good and bad.

Yes, thanks for that post Stone Cold.

    It the order of irritation:

    3) Trolls
    2) Crappy games like this one
    1) Fair-weather 'fans' (i.e., 'Fire Rudy', 'Trade Steve', 'Yao's a Bust')

Agreed. But true fans should also provide constructive criticism from time to time (e.g. lack of ball movement this game vs Mavs), not blind faith.

And I guess the "lovers" not calling out the "haters" after every win would also help. I mean help decreasing the "haters" calling out after every loss.

    Yetti,

Being a fan doesn't mean you need to deny the fact. I wish the Rox crash the Mavs, but I'm a realist. I just could see the game like a movie going through my mind, and my post was exactly the reflection of that movie.

I couldn't watch the game, but it seems the score verified my predication. :D

The star players make the coach look good. We just have to wait until Yao get his second wind and we will be allright again. This team is now playing like the way they play at the beginning of the season when Yao was a nonfactor. Yao look like he is tired out there. He doesn't look like the same guy a month ago. This team need their big men to contribute. They are a much better team when Yao play well. For the past few game, they have been playing street ball again. The result is they lose both games. But in fairness to them, they play against 2 of the top 4 team in the West on the road. They are not that good yet to beat those teams on the road. So if we can beat the bad team on the road and beat most team on our homecourt then we got a good chance to go to the playoff. The next step is to beat the bad team on a consistent basis. Growing pain is something most team will go through before they achieve greatness. I just wish they would stick to one style of play and work on improving it instead of playing one type of basketball one night and playing a different type the next.
