He shot like 13 or 14 FTs. So it's more than 21 shots.

Plus 6-8 from 3s and 14-17 from FT.

So he actually took more than 29 shots.....

For tonight's game, would rather see Yao putting up 29 shots or any of our other starters?

Excuse me ,i must point it out that Cato has the highest FG%(53.4%vs Ming's 52.4%)in our team except our unlucky Maddox who plaed 10 min in this league .

We are not even close to a good team. We may luckily back into the 8th seed but if we do it will be a qiuick exit for us.
Amazing all the talent that we have, that we are so horrible.
Oh well we gave Stevie 3 years to grow, what's another year or two going to hurt.
This team has been really hard to watch since the old timers played (Dream-CB4 & company), I hope someday they learn how to play as a team.

Not necesarrily true. Yao has a high percentage shot because he knows when to shoot and when to pass. If you ask him to shoot all the time, you can not expect the same high % shot rate.

Besides, it's still important to involve other players in the team. With Shaq out and Kobe shot hundred times, opponent teams can focus on Kobe and Lakers will lose. Everybody can beat Shaqless Lakers, except slumping Rockets.

Forget playoff this year. Next year we'll definitely kick some ass.

I don't know about you guys, but that play at the end of the 1st. over time with 19.6 sec. left was one of the worst things I've ever seen in professional sports.

Totally agreed. It's so ugly that our other guys can't hit fts. If we do, there's few more games we would have won.

Who knows? Maybe Rudy doesn't like Yao's emotional dunks. I remember that he benched him too after he dunked on Ratliff.

The Rox are not done yet.

From the looks of things, they won't go far even if they get into playoff.

Damn, there's no excuse not making the playoff. We're way capable to lose out on playoff.

Only watched about ten minutes of the game last night right at the begining of the third and man it was sickening, Steve is not a point guard. It is time to explore options of either moving Steve to offguard or getting a player in here who can actually carry a team and make other's around him better ie Kevin Garnett. This is getting ridiculous, I'm pissed.

I have never been more disappointed with a sports team than I am with the Houston Rockets this season. This team can hardly do ANYTHING right. They managed to pull a semi-decent game out of their underachieving asses every once in a while, but then fall back to their pathetic, mindless wandering, not even remotely resembling a basketball team most of the time. From top to bottom, this roster is filled with underachievers, poor shooters, and players with far too many mistakes. Management has handed out boneheaded contracts that don't give these players ANY motiviation to play even halfway decent basketball. I would rather be watching LAST season, to tell you the truth. At least then, they had an injury excuse and were out of playoff competition early. This season, they are going to wait until late in the season to finally disappoint us like only they can. This year's team is an embarassment to the city of Houston and an embarassment to the game of basketball...
