Dammit! Why the hell was Mooch playing in those last seconds? That was a won ballgame! We lost because of him!!!

Up by 7 with 1:20 left and we lost. Sigh.

Nice choke Rockets, nice choke. It is obvious that this good start was a fluke. This is just the same old Rockets team.

Forget the playoffs. Forget titles. This is the new Golden State. Plenty of talent, with lottery seasons year after year.

I can't take losses like this anymore.

I'm going to two f***ing Rocket games this week, and they are undoubtedly going to lose twice. What a waste of money.

Why was Moochie in the game? Why was Yao out for NINE minutes in the fourth?

How the hell did this team go down 31-14? Why can't the Rockets beat 4-9 teams? I have no f***ing clue.

This is going to be a horrible week, and a horrible season. I give up.

Very tough loss to swallow. We had this game up until the last 2 minutes. Bloody f%^kin' Moochie. If only he could have hit those free throws. You know, Mooch, they are called "free" for a reason.

One of the ugliest game. what is the record of turnovers two teams conbined in any game in the NBA history? this game should be close. i was hoping rockets could get away with a win today. too bad, the last two minutes they were too conservative. at least they could attack the basket and get somebody on the FT line.

Hey ZRB seems like I was right and you were wrong, despite Francis playing his heart out, I don't think it's Miller's fault they lose so much, he's playing pretty well, he's a fundamental type of guy.

My observations of the game, obviously Francis and Rice played extremely well. Ming was due for a let down game, I think he'll be back to his normal self. Griffin was over matched by Brand, I don't even know why they started Griffin, once gets stronger he'll be able to lock down Brand. I like Hawkins I'm upset with him for letting Eric get that shot, I'm pretty certain Artest would have done a much better job. Cato player alright, a few more games and he seems like he'll be playing about the same as he did in the beginning of the year. I hate Moochie even more know, what kind of pg can't hit a single freaking free throw and played rather poor defense against Dooling. I wish Taylor would have played better but I say just give him sometime, after all he did leave the game at the end of it because his achilles tendon was sore or something along those lines.

But we do have to admit that was a very clutch shot by the 7'1 Kandiman over the 7'6 Ming and that runner by Eric P.

The Rox will lose on Tuesday for sure if they play like this.

Some observations about this heart breaking loss...

Until Griffin develops some upper body strenght, there's no way we can afford to ship Cato. We need his defense. Brand made Griffin and Mo look like his b****es out there. Actually this game has provided plenty of arguments for KT apologists justify why he should stay with the team. Mo got blocked two times straight by Brand.

Moochie Norris has no place on this team and we must get him the hell out asap. Unfortunately rudy simply seems to love the guy, as there is no possible explanation to the minutes he has been getting lately and specially in the final minutes of a game like this. Specially when he defends as well as a sieve! Why was the ball even in Moochie's hand, for chrissakes. Get the rock to Steve and let HIM go to the charity stripe. Who's the franchise player after all?

Why the offense wasn't run through Yao this time around? Why not stick to the gameplan that was working so well?

What a waste of a great effort by Rice and Steve (even if the TO are way too high, the steals more than made up for them... he just needs to be more in control I guess)

And the team FG% was abysmal too. Probably due to the lack of ball movement... argh. Sometimes is way too tough being a rockets fan.

I sympathize with ZRB, but I'm not giving up all hope yet. But I have to say that at this point, as much as I like rudy, this is looking more and more like a coaching problem and not a lack of the right players...

I sure as hell wouldn't mind Van Gundy coaching this team.

No, it wasn't his fault. The loss against Washington would have been though.

Right now, the Rockets are the biggest waste of talent in the league. This team doesn't need time together, it needs a brain...After this loss, I can honestly say that I'd be SUPRISED if we made the playoffs.

So, this is what being a Grizzlies fan feels like?

hey DOD, can you please unban me from chat, if you read this? The game is over...

Also, the fact that we were so close to the Clippers in LA despite all the turnovers in the first half is a positive in itself. The intelligence situation will work itself out, since Moochie will be off the floor when Cuttino comes back...

Damn, I just looked at the box score...(only caught the last five minutes of the game)

This loss was on Steve almost as much as Moochie...Eight turnovers means eight shots that we didn't get to take...

Let's not go overboard....Rockets will make it to playoffs, but won't do too much

i was pretty mad at the play where steve just stopped playing as he brought the ball up the court. he felt he got hit by miller, so he just stopped and started b****ing at the ref. he tossed the ball to Eddie, who thought the play was dead, and travelled. Anyway, most of the turnovers came in the first half i think, where the refs called absolutely everything.

Yao was lost today. I am not so surprised, he looked pretty tired. And the rox need practice how to take care of the ball. 2 more TOs Steve's gonna hit a triple double.
